I purchased this cover in May 2016 and following the claims of durability, I had expected it to last for four or five years. Unfortunately, at the start of summer 2018, I noticed that the fabric had deteriorated to the point where there was a hole in the top and it was clearly in a delicate condition. In all other respects, size, colour, ease of use, etc., it was fine and it is in a position of being fully exposed to the weather, but, considering the claims of UV protection and withstanding the harshest of weather, I was disappointed that it will need replacing before next summer.

This was purchased to replace a Gardman cover that lasted less than one year. It arrives in a great smallish zip bag. There is a telescopic pole to help you reach the top zip when you have placed it over your parasol which is very flimsy. However I decided to just stand on a chair and pull the zip down, as it is about 6.5ft in the air. Fits a treat.The product is made of a much thicker more durable fabric, quite heavy even and I am hoping this will last. It comes with a great 3 year guarantee and a very helpful customer service team.

Our new parasol cover is brilliant. It arrived when promised, in perfect condition and I couldn't be more pleased because it is well made of super-strong waterproof, weatherproof material and should last a long time. I bought our last one a couple of years ago and it wasn't nearly as well made and didn't last v ray long. I'm confident that this one will last very much longer, yet it wasn't very much more expensive - in other words, very good value for money.

Over the last years I have renewed my parasol protection cover several times because it has been shredded by the elements. I assumed this would be an ongoing cost.Today I have received a new cover by "Under Cover". Although I have not yet put this in place, I am very impressed with the quality and apparent robustness of the product. So much so that I will order today a replacement cover for a smaller parasol that was put in place last Summer and its cover has already been shredded by the recent winds.Although the new covers cost a little more than others on the market, I expect to recover the difference in two years as well as saving time in replacements.

I decided to invest in this parasol cover after a cheaper one only lasted two years. This more expensive "strong and durable", "premium", "high grade" one lasted 18 months before it started disintegrating like other photos show. If it's as good as they claimed, they'd extend the guarantee to 2 years like others on Amazon do.

The cover is big enough to cover parasol this is the main thing. Sorry to say cover twice. The fabric is strong and it does seem waterproof. The zip does up with ease. However you have to stand on something to get cover over the top because the bottom of the cover has a pull tie so I have marked the product down one star for this reason only. All around decent product. Would buy it again and yes I would recommend it to a friend to buy. Thank you. 80)

As we are waiting for the sun to appear again next year we have not used the new cover so am unable to write a review , however it looks really good and going by other reviews well worth the money . We had a cover this year which wasn't very expensive but it didn't last the year so having bought a new umbrella for next year decided it would be worth the extra to get a stronger version to protect it .Will give a review next year after its tried and tested .

I bought Kettler furniture & have their covers , but cut costs with a Homebase parasol and needed a cover. This is as well-made or better than the furniture covers and was easy to put on with the 'magic wand' to help get the cover over the top. My only criticism is that it is very tall - but easy enough to turn under for tidiness. Great value for money and arrived very promptly!
