Pros:Glows well.Nice color day and night.Nice finish.Mouthpiece when closed is well covered from germs and dirt etc. If you drop it the mouthpiece stays clean. Major plus.Lid is leakproof as advertised. Decent size.Handle and shape work well for my (very) small hands.Reasonably light weight.Cons:Mouthpiece takes some getting used to. I was so impressed with the sports bottles I came back to Frost Buddy for the coffee mug.The first mug did not keep drinks hot or cold. I contacted the maker. They promptly sent me a free replacement. The new cup holds hot drinks quite well. No temp transfer to surface no fast loss of heat. Yet to test it on cold drinks. As it's main use is hot I'm pleased. Between the great replacement and the awesome customer service I'm changing my review to highly recommend!

It really does keep the coffee hot!

My wife and I are always on the go so we appreciate having good insulated mugs. I had the opportunity to try this one out and wanted to leave a quick review for people considering this mug.Pros:Style: I went with the "glow" color for something unique and different for my wife. The finish is matte which looks cool and stands out from other mugs. Quality vinyl decals stick well for some extra personalization, and since it isn't supposed to be machine washed anyways, should last for a long time.Simplicity: I have other travel mugs that have several different seals, springs, and components. This one is a simple mug and top which makes it much more simple and easy to keep clean. There aren't any hidden areas to get gross or dirty, and no disassembly is required for thorough cleaning. The mug is also wide enough to make cleaning the inside of it easy as well.Size: As advertised, this mug fits well in the cup holders of all of our cars. It isn't too big, and it isn't too small in both diameter and height.Cons:Not truly 100% leak proof: I often take my motorcycle to work and carry my coffee in my backpack, so it needs to be truly leak proof. This mug is leakproof enough to handle incidental jostles and bounces, but when held fully inverted (which I try to avoid when I'm on my motorcycle) some dripping does occur from the spout.Spout shape takes some getting used to to: As you can see in the picture, the spout shape is a bit unique and different from other mugs I've use. It works of course, but feels a bit awkward initially and takes some getting used to. The flow of course is much better when the straw-cap is open.All in all it's a good mug and I'm happy to have it- I'm sure we'll get many years of use from it!

We drink a lot of bottled drinks and we found that it holds our favorite, Lipton Iced Tea bottles, all nice and snug (with insert removed) and keeps it cold for hours on end. Same with standard-sized soda cans. We purchased two Universal Buddies initially and now we own four Universal Buddies and two Universal Buddy XL for larger bottles.

I own several different frostbuddy products and work amazing. Highly recommend.

I have a few of the can coolers and two of these. While te mug is great at keeping drinks cold, I am no where near impressed with the staying hot. It keeps warm for around an hour a that’s it. My Rtic stays warm for several hours. Will keep them for cold drinks but I drink hot coffee not iced. 🥴

This is a really cute wallet, and I got it mainly because I loved the color and style and needed something to keep my debit cards and ID. I was hoping to also hold a few bills and change, however this is super small. It doesn't open up much from the middle at all, and I could barely pull out a card from it. There's only room for one card and I had to dig my finger in there to try and fish it out. So it's useful if you have an ID and a few cards, but not much else. I like that it's slim and small enough to fit in my back pocket without worrying too much of it slipping out.

This cup is beautiful and keeps my drink nice and hot. However, since the lid does not screw on, it is pretty useless. If I put my hot drink in it, the lid actually pops up and I end up with hot coffee all over my hands. The only way for it to stay on is to open the drinking or straw cover, in which case I still end up with hot coffee all over myself as I'm trying to walk to my car or work. Not practical at all, wish I could return it.
