I purchased these brackets a year ago and wanted to wait and see if I ever had a problem. After one year of use, I can honestly say that I love the shelves I made with these brackets. There has been no movement or weakness in these shelves. They are very sturdy. The screws worked great, but I did use stronger anchors. I would say that they are a great buy for a great set of DIY shelves.

Easy install only need to install with included screws. Leveled each across. Very sturdy when installed tight to wall. Looks great when completed. Nearly invisible. I purchased a self aligning drill guide with included bit. Simply mark center of bracket, and use guide which self centered on shelf material. Slide shelf onto brackets.

Great product

Product was as described and appears to be just what we needed.

Was looking for a floating shelf bracket that was sturdy, long enough, and that I could use to flush mount the shelves I made for a client. While I do like these brackets and how they worked well for this project, it's important to note that the correct drill bit is used when drilling holes in shelves where brackets are to go. A snug fit is best as there is no anchoring screw capability with these brackets so as to hold shelf in place or keep from sliding.

Not strong at all. Unfortunately we didn’t try these until past the return window but save yourself the time and energy and get something different. These do not hold wood from Home Depot or Lowe’s as mentioned in the picture description. Even when anchored into a studs, 3 of these brackets could not hold up a 10” deep, 2” wide, 40” long piece of wood for shelf and started sagging significantly. Unless you want whatever you are placing on the shelf to slide or roll off I suggest you look for an alternative.

The shelf rod is not perpendicular to the mounting plate which forces me to give it only 3 stars. Seems to me that is a necessary part of a shelf bracket. When the mounting plate is flush up against the wall, the shelf that sits on top of the rod should be flat and parallel to the floor. Each bracket had a slightly different angle and it is too rigid to bend.Otherwise the quality is excellent. The bracket is sturdy and the bracket materials are strong enough to hold almost anything one places on it. The package comes with quality drywall anchors, two different types, in fact. And the screws that are included are also not the cheap ones. The paint job feels like a powder coat, but not sure of that. I think the paint will last a long time.If you don't care about the rod not pointing straight out from the wall, this product is of great value.
