I purchased the AZIOT 3+1 Fan Smart Switch in May 2025, and it has been an incredible experience ever since. In January 2026, the fan regulator stopped working. I reached out to the Aziot team, and they were absolutely fantastic. They reviewed the issue, asked me to share a video of the problem, and then promptly sent me a replacement free of charge. If this isn't an example of exemplary support, I don't know what is! Since May 2025, I've gone on to purchase over 12 Aziot smart switch nodes. The setup is a breeze, and driving the automation using my phone is simply awesome. Everyone who comes to my house is amazed by the fact that I can control the lights and switches using my phone. It's truly impressive and has made my home smarter and more convenient. Huge shoutout to the Aziot team for their excellent products and outstanding customer service!

This is an amazing product. 1. It's retrofit to existing electrical boards 2. Installation guide is simple 3. Did it myself, just had some prior info of the wirings. 4. And now I can operate my switches without have to reach them. At first it didn't worked device was not getting scanned to connect. Support team connected and troubleshoot may be internet issue. After sometime it connected. The team kept following to troubleshoot and resolve all the way...nice gesture team keep it up.

I have installed it a couple of days back. There was no problem during installation and it is working fine. However ther is on problem thT THERE IS NO fAN oN-oFF SWITCH IN THE APP. CAN SOMEBODY SUGGEST IF THERE IS ANY oN-oFF SWITCH FOR fAN

Pros: Simple to use with straight forward instructions and detailed video guide. It you find it overwhelming just get it done by an electrician. I'm no electrician but I could get it done. They provide two fan regulators in the box of two different sizes so that it fits in all major switch boards As of now just a few hours of use it seems promising. There was not trouble connecting it to the wifi router and the app is quite easy to use and straightforward. Cons: Built appears cheap and plastic is flimsy. The wires connecting to switches are not of great quality. I feel it would not last long. Providing Neutral and Live wires already attached would have been much helpful

Build and everything of the product is good but the core function of it is to work on Alexa calls. It either reacts very late (sometimes 5-10secs after) or doesn't react at all and hangs. Then, you have to open smartlife app to trigger your action. 3 times it has even removed itself from SmartLife App. Then you have to add again and update ALL your Alexa Routines manually. Its very painful. I have 3 Aziot Switches installed and 2 of these (bedroom and kids room) don't work properly like this. I have my entire home configured with smart switches/plugs and devices and no other brand hangs or misbehaves like this. Clearly its not a finished product and like they're doing beta testing on us at our expense. I am an IT pro and tech guy with 20 years in the field, so when i say don't be mislead by its review scope and avoid it at all costs and don't buy it!!! Thanks

Good price point, but issues : - The devices keeps getting unpaired often - The countdown function doesn't work. If you want to keep the fan or lights on for a few minutes and set it in the countdown mode - it simply doesn't save it - it defaults to 1 minute - Other functionality seems to work fine.

I am writing this review after using this gadget for 5 months. I have some basic knowledge of electricity and I installed this device myself after watching a few videos on YouTube. It was very easy to install. The special fan regulator supplied along with this was also easy to change. It got connected to the wi fi through smart life app very quickly and since then it has worked flawlessly every single day. Each switch can be scheduled to turn on or off individually. Similarly, if you have multiple such units, different switches from different units can be grouped together to turn on or off at a specified time or event, like sunset or sunrise. It is very useful for the elderly as they do not have to reach out to the switch board but can control them simply by their voice.

Very good products I made my home fully into smart home.works well easy to use, easy to install having good customer support.
