Look carefully at the measurements for this duvet cover. If your duvet insert is square, like mine is, you'll end up with several inches of fabric hanging off the end of your bed. If you can tuck it into your footboard, you're all set! If not, just tuck it under the duvet itself.Yes, it wrinkles after washing but I just dry mine until it's barely damp, then put my duvet in it and smooth out the wrinkles with my hands while it's on my bed. No need for ironing -- linen isn't meant to look perfect!

This is most likely a cotton gauze and not linen. The fabric is stretchier than linen and softer than any other linen products I own.

I was scouring the Internet for a linen duvet set and many are pretty pricey. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to take the plunge, so I went with this set and I do not regret it. No issues with the quality of construction. I did get white, and it is slightly see-through, as you can see my duvet pillow inserts. The directions said to lay flat to dry, but I tumble dried low, and so it is wrinkly as linen normally is. I love the zipper closure at the bottom. Love how this looks in my room!

Advertised as FRENCH linen, this product is MADE IN CHINA.

I bought for the edging around the pillow cases. I hate pillow cases that don't have envelope enclosures and these are perfect. They DID shrink but only a tiny bit. The edging around the duvet cover is matching. It just adds something. Of course they are not wrinkle free! They are linen! Not supposed to be.

I purchased the king duvet cover and pillow cases set (they are king size pillowcases not shams. They are advertised correctly). Sizing was accurate as I measured with tape measure. Washed before using as should be done with linen bedding as follows: First wash, 1/2 cup baking soda, small amount of gentle detergent-woolight delicates, 1/4 cup of white vinegar in the fabric softner section, warm water on longest bedding cycle or you can use delicate or permanent press. Medium spin cycle 2 extra rince cycles. Don't put in dryer yet...wash again same as above. Then one more rince and medium spin only cycle. Linen needs to absorb water to make it soft. Multiple washing first time use before drying makes it soft and reduces shedding in the dryer. Then put in dryer timed for 20 minutes on low heat with Wool dryer balls (I used 3). Remove when just slightly damp to help diminish wrinkles. Lay flat on bed and smooth out with hands. In about 1 hour inserted my duvet...beautiful look that only linen has. There was minimal shrinking,if any, as this is prewashed linen. The fabric is beautiful. White will be the most see through so I would suggest using a white duvet insert, if you don't order a colored set. I would highly recommend. I have linen bedding from Lands End and this is a little lighter weight but very decent quality at less than 1/3 the price of their sales. I went ahead and purchased 2 more white queen sets for the guest bedrooms at my beach house in florida...stunning!
