The punching bag is easy to install. And the material on all the pieces are great quality

I’ve only had this punching bag for about a week, but I love it. I used old blankets, towels, and clothes to fill it with. I bought a separate chain to hang the bag from a steel support beam in our basement. It’s a great workout and fun to use.

I tried filling the punching bag without learning the proper way and the weight was completely off. Once I learned the proper way to fill the bag it was much easier to move around. Overall all the equipment it comes with feel good quality.

I bought this as a gift for my friend’s birthday and they love it!It’s an all in one package that is great for anyone who wants to start practicing at home, the build quality in material used are good.Great purchase for beginners!

Spent most of the night I bought it filling it which is good because you decide how heavy/hard it is. Went to mount it and realized the mount included won't work on a joist. That's on me. Should have looked at the mount more. Not really an issue because the bag is cheap enough that the mount is almost like a freebie. Ended up buying a mount here and hoping it will work lengthwise with the bag. If not, I'll have to add more chains.The 3 stars is for the mount not being more universal and the directions are absolutely horrible for those that do decide to use the included mount. Also, the chains on the mount don't have a locking system with the bag like other mounts I've seen and the one I purchased.Good starter system it seems and it was easy to stuff and seems sturdy. Just expect to buy a separate mount if you plan on attaching to a joist. If you use the mount included, you will only be able to bolt in 2 of the holes. The force of the bag moving will ruin your joist if you use it.

I used the bag for a few months, maybe 10-15 times and the bottom of the bag fell out. This is not a durable product and made cheaply. buyer beware. I will contact support and see how this works out.

Habe mir dieses Set gekauft, weil ich leider keine Zeit mehr fürs Fitnessstudio habe aber trotzdem was tun möchte. Da ich schon immer gerne Ausdauer und Kraft zusammen gemacht habe war das optimal. Also bis jetzt kann ich nur positives sagen die Handschuhe für den super Preis sind gut verarbeitet. Sind 12 oz , aber am Anfang fühlen die sich noch eher wie 10oz an . Wenn man sie aber nicht für sparin am Anfang nutzt perfekt. Die Näte sehen auch gut aus . Berichte nochmal davon wenn er dann mal ein halbes Jahr benutz wurde . Das Zubehör habe ich jetzt nicht gebraucht , aber toll das sie sowas auch dabei legen . Alles in allem preis Leistung mehr als in Ordnung

Punch bag zip was broken before it was even used, gloves poor quality and unusable. One of the straps/chains has already snapped off. Was for my sons birthday so a little disappointed.

After finally ordering one of these I was able to install it easily, it however did come with an odd smell so I used dryer sheets to remove the smell. Overall, I see myself using this everyday and so far it’s been great!
