Does it work for 24 volts truck?

No. You will have to get a rectifier for 24 volt to 12 volt. Usually goes to a switch panel in a 24 volt vehicle

Need these in dual intensity (3 wire) version!!!! apparently, there is a demand for that version! can we expect anytime soon???

I'm an end user, although if you add a resistor, in series with a light, value to be determined by expirmentation, you will be able to feed the low intensity to one side of the resistor, the high, to the other side to accomplish this
