My boyfriend like it and that i brought this but its not sturdy enough and look cheat too the both of us when we put it together for him and i am disappointed i wanted to send it back but he just kept

Very uncomfortable to use. I purchased this product partially assembled; which was great by the way. However, my first attempt to use it was unsuccessful. I didn't like the foam rollers on the back rest. They were kind of hard, and my back hurt afterwards .Not sore muscles, like, really hurt.. Also, trying to use the leg lift was awkward, Not much leg room to maneuver..I was very disappointed with this product, and upon contacting the seller, I was informed that they only offered refunds on mechanical issues. They offered me a refund of $30, and they wanted me to keep it. The second option was to return it, minus a $10 shipping cost.I paid $109 + S&H for it, and now I'm stuck with a machine that I can't even use. Now I have to try to sell it or give it away.

Just put the ab machine together and it was actually fairly simple. The instructions were absolutely no help AT ALL. The instructions were a bunch of pictures that you couldn’t really tell what they were doing. There were a lot of pieces already put together so it was pretty explanatory what went where. If I could figure it out, so can you!

The item was completely a mess when I opened the box it came in. Could have better assembly instructions. found it almost impossible to see the pictures of parts, even when put together it was wobbly. If you are tall,or long legged it is not a good fit. overall not so great.

So here is the thing, I was happy when thing came in a big box. Once I’d use my strength to get it inside the house I instantly build it up. At first I though it might take a minute and even my grandma told me to wait until my mom gets home to fix it up. But because I was inpatient and anxious I wanted to see how far I could build the machine without extra help. Some of the parts while fixing it up where already in place so it pretty much did some of the work for me, the directions on the paper you don’t need to look too deep into to fix it up. I was able to get it put together by myself without help. So then I’d test out the sit up chair going all the way down with my back and let me tell you I felt the stretch on my lower back and back thighs and it felt amazing. I would point out though that once I’d build the thing up that the very top pillow (thing) for comfort was twisted a bit (probably due to the shipping). But that didn’t bother me once I’d start using it because I’m short anyways lol. That’s another thing I want to point out is that this machine mostly would be for beginners and short people, so if your a big tall person that weight at least 280 or 290 something pounds you might want to rethink getting this. Again I was wondering if I would feel anything using the set up and leg part and after some reps and turns out I did. I did 20 set ups each four or three times and already the next day I could feel the tightness within my lower stomach. Same with the legs after some reps as well. However, when using the leg part I knew that I would have to set it on the highest resistance because I would not feel anything from the first set. Now with the extra silver metal bars for the back you would have to see for yourself how many bars would work for your set ups. I say this because right now I can only use two bars for my set up because I’m a beginner but what ever works for you, go ahead and test it out yourself. If you are a beginner looking for something simple to help you loose stomach fat and some weight you could get this but to be honest this would not be for everyone due to the fact that not everyone is the same weight, height, and/or healthy so just do research before getting any workout machine, I mean I am going to use mine and I’m grateful to God that it came and that it works but for anyone else who might want to use or try out this machine for their fitness journey I can’t speak on that.

I love to use this machine for my every day’s routine exercise on my abdominal muscles. It’s very complicated to ensemble this though, since it’s delivered in 40 pieces. I had to ask my male friends for help.

Okay pictures say a thousand words... These are pictures taken immediately of the assembled after unboxing... uh, yeah.It has potential, but repair and the level of cleanup required is NOT what I expect from ANY product delivered to my door as "new".That being said let's look at it.The chemical melting of the styrofoam beads into the front plastic feet is concerning.The stain on the seat is completely unknown, I am praying that it is chemical not biological.The spring tensioner rods cannot hold against all 6 included springs without BENDING!- And 6 is way overkill, the 2 work just fine and still are flexing the support rods... not sturdy.I will have to retap the threads on one of the ends as it was not done properly. Like they ran a dull tool only halfway on.In the leg lift pivot hinge, you see how sloppy loose the arms are? This was pre-assembled like this, I think adding a couple of panel washers will greatly increase it's stability and sturdiness.I am 6'2", and purchased this to assist in my surgery recovery. After the weird seat stain issue is resolved I will check the fit if it's tall enough for me. I put a ruler on it with the head rest at max so you can evaluate it for yourself.Final conclusion: This is a cheaply made bench. I mean it has great design promise, but it was made as cheaply as possible. All expenses were spared in factory packaging and shipping. No really, not a typo, even the ziplock bag was ripped open in 2 places and contents were loose in the box.So if you are mechanically inclined, this is a great project piece to upgrade... but if you expect a finished "new" usable product, you will be disappointed.

The product is easy to assemble yourself. After putting it together, I immediately started using it! It’s only been a few days and I’m waiting to see results soon.
