This is an amazing product. It's sturdy, strong, and stays in place. I actually attacked it to the handle in my car and use it as a phone holder. I don't have to tape anything down, and we are able to move it all over and into place. It doesn't bounce a lot and getting the phone in and out is a breeze with the clamp feature. I had tried other versions and one that didn't have a base- it just wrapped around, but this one is the best! I love it!

This is the one to get! I bought this brand years ago. Worked great for 6 years. The claw finally gave out--after 6 years I still believe I got my money's worth. I bought a new one but different brand. It was not as sturdy and it bounced a lot when I was swiping through. Too much residual movement. Was not sturdy and didn't feel like it would last at all. I returned it and went back to this brand--I'll never deviate again. Also, this might seem like the ultimate lazy person contraption, but it really helps with ergonomics. You are not at a weird angle if you like to lay in bed on your phone. It's a neck saver! Another plus is I FaceTime my family often--this allows me to be hands free while I speak to them and I can adjust it to a more flattering angle (haha).

Updated: Seller reached out to me and offered me a new phone holder. It works great, but I am still hesitant to bend it too extensively so now I remove it from my bed instead of just moving it out of the way. So far so good!Original Post:Before it broke it was very sturdy and reliable. I didn't even know it was breaking. I had this over my bed so I could watch movies before sleeping, and would regularly move to out of the way when I was done.It held my phone securely in place and let me easily position it comfortably.Unfortunately it snapped last night while I was using it. I tried find a contact info for support but it appears to go nowhere. Sadly I cannot recommend this product and will be searching for an alternative.

I almost bought a cheaper one and saw the review mention this one. So glad it did becuase this exceeded my expectations and what exactly what I needed. Strong, easy to use, doesn't cause damage and the arm is very firm and doesn't sag.

I bought these to hold my excess fabric up so I can quilt the top of my projects. They have a very strong gooseneck which works well for holding the heavy material off the table so I can move it freely on the bed of my machine for free motion. I only wish the top clamp that secures it to your table was longer to accommodate for tables that have a deep beveled top. I may have to devise a workaround with one of my tables in my sewing room. Overall I'm very happy with this product. I used a section of a swim noodle from the dollar store to hold the quilt in the jaw of the clamp on the gooseneck since it was designed to hold a phone. A perfect workaround and it's feather light not adding any extra weight to for the gooseneck. I bought 4 for my purpose.

The clamp is strong and the gooseneck is long and flexible. Both the clamp for the table and for the phone is large enough to accommodate many phones and surface widths. Price is good for what you can do with it, compared to other similar stands. It doesn't feel cheap or flimsy - the gooseneck is actually pretty tough to get into the swirl position in the pics. I have a Samsung S24 Ultra. Works great if you are just watching videos on your phone at your desk or while in bed or couch (as long as you have something solid to clamp it to.)But if you want to use your phone, like scrolling, tapping on it to play a game, drawing on it or using your finger or stylus to write notes, the phone will wobble due to the gooseneck design until you settle it with your hands. At night I play games on my phone to wind down like candy crush or merging games, or I like to enter notes in my e-journal or calendar, and I would have to hold the phone with my other hand while it was in the holder every time I wanted to move a game piece by tapping or dragging and item across the screen, or if I was writing a long note, because as soon as I tapped the phone it would wobble relentlessly until I stabilized it with my other hand. And it wasn't wobbly from the base or clamp, it's wobbly because the phone is unstable on the end of a gooseneck arm and the weight of the phone coupled with the flexibility of the arm makes it move around whenever you tap the phone, especially if you are playing a game and you're tapping in repeating motions.So it's great if you are reading a e-book or some other websites like news or whatever, or watching videos or a show, or even taking selfies or recording videos with a remote trigger, things that require very little interaction with the phone screen itself. But if you need to be touching your phone a lot, this is not the arm for you. Go with something more stable, rigid, and sturdy, i.e. not a gooseneck arm. What you'll loose in flexibility, you'll gain in stability and usability.

This thing is a beast! I mean the arm is insanely strong to try and bend. The clamp works on the edge of MOST countertops but not all. And when you try to bend it that way you want it, you will need 2 hands. I am not sure if I will keep this one. I'm very strong and this is a bit of a struggle even for me to bend.This would a GREAT thing for someone who has to hold something heavy like a tablet. I love how sturdy it is that's for sure

I like it, maybe a little bulky and it’s a little hard to move at first, but it is very sturdy.
