Yes in fact it takes all glare away and everything looks clearer.

Are these somnilight fl-41 light sensitivity glasses fit-overs - can i wear them over my prescription glasses?

I don't believe they are meant to go over prescription glasses. They are pretty snug. Generally light sensitive glasses will indicate that attribute in their copy and there are some for sale on Amazon.

Im unable to find the study mentioned in the description. My neurologist recommendened theraspecs and im trying to decide if these are comperable.

I find these very helpful when I have a migraine and even when my eyes are just bothering me because of bright lights or sunshine or bright clouds. I would highly recommend these.
