DJI Action 2 Power Combo (32G) - Action Camera with Battery Extension Module, Magnetic Accessories, Stabilization, Portable Camera

Great little camera! It's very durable paired with its case. I enjoy the 4:3 ratio for action shots and the 16:9 for scenic. I like how you can record in a loop mode which allows me to use this as a dashcam. I basically take it everywhere. It works well with the DJI mimo app. There are times where the connectivity is iffy but if you restart the cam it usually fixes the issue. The battery life is ok. I usually shoot 30 second clips so it's fine. There's a feature "snapshot" where it allows you to power on the device, set it to record a short clip, and after the clip is over, the cam will turn itself off. My favorite thing about it is that it's magnetic. The only downfall is the operating temperature. If it gets to hot or cold it will not allow you to use it. All in all, amazing camera!

Cons: 1: The battery life of the camera module itself is about 15 minutes and 32 GB of internal memory. That is not much at 4k 30 FPS or even 1080 30 FPS for that matter but do not really worry about the internal memory because the odds are that you will run out of battery much faster than storage. That means attaching the camera to the power module and allowing it to charge and this is a good time to go ahead and transfer the data from the camera to the card attached to the module. This takes a very long time for data transfer. 2 .You cannot charge the camera itself you must charge the power module and through it, it will charge the camera. Likewise the video that you have recorded on the camera cannot be taken off of it without the power module etc. So, if the module goes bad, well that is terrible. 3. You can have overheating issues even with the magnetic case on that is made to protect it from overheating. So you may have to lower resolution or record in very small bursts. PROS!!!!!! 1. All in all outstanding quality of video right out of the box. There are not many things you have to learn about the device to get great usable footage that will impress 2. It is small, very small. So you are not having to haul around something heavy on your head like a gopro or if you want to use it on an acro quad, even better. 3. Being able to wear it around your neck with just a lanyard and not a giant chest rig that other action cameras need that looks like you are about to go rock crawling is nice. All in all it is a great camera but with the pros and cons and even the fact that I love the camera I would not recommend it to just anyone unless you have a specific need like a chest camera or a drone camera or something of that sort. The battery life, transfer times, charging through a different module is just alot for most people to do when other devices can do it so much easier.

It gets super hot and can’t even take a video no more than 5 minutes without turning off from being hot

I purchase this one because it said it came with the protective case that’s why it was a little more.

Fue un regalo para mi novio y le gustó mucho, es práctica por que el anda en bicicleta de montaña y la puede cargar sin problema.

Cambie de GoPro 3 a esta y siento como si pase de un Nokia a iPhone. Vi comentarios de que se caliente mucho pero no tengo ese problema. Grabo clips no mayores a 3min cada uno y funciona perfecto considerando su tamaño. Viene con los accesorios necesarios para empezar una aventura sin tener que comprar nada extra y que bueno porque los accesorios están carísimos. Con descuento vale la pena

La cámara se calienta y a los 2 minutos o menos deja de grabar estés usando 4k o 1080p, de todo lo demás el diseño modular es excelente la duración de la batería es normal los módulos y la portabilidad es genial, pero si DJI ya saco la osmo acción 3 y dejaron está de lado es por q es un rotundo fracaso
