Very beautiful still doesn’t lay right but it could be my neck. It shines so bright and beautiful. I have gotten so many compliments on it . Some thought it was real diamonds I wish but it shines like it is real. I’m enjoying this necklace so much very happy thanks.

(Original Review) The necklace appears to be beautiful. However, I can't even open the clasp to even try it on. With a lifetime of loving and wearing jewelry, this has never been a problem for me. I googled the company, looked for answers on their website, and sent a message to their customer service, with photos. It has been a week and I have gotten no response. So I am going to return it. Too bad, I really think I might have liked it, had I been able to get it on and off. It should come with instructions.(Update) The company reached out to me following my review. They sent explicit instructions which helped me easily operate the clasp. The necklace looks beautiful on. I want to share their clasp instructions for anyone wanting to try this necklace:We're truly sorry for the issue. Here are step-by-step instructions to help you unlock the clasp on your necklace:1. Locate the main clasp—it’s the larger, box-shaped piece where both ends of the bracelet connect. (My note: this is the side with two knobs).2. On the side of the clasp, you’ll see a small lever or tab.3. Gently pull or press this lever outward using your fingernail. This will release the internal catch.4. While holding the lever, carefully pull the two ends of the bracelet apart. It should open easily. (It did).If you feel any resistance, avoid forcing it. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Junk, the clasp does nothing when you insert one end in the other. The only thing that sort of holds it together is the safety clasp but even with the slightest pressure it all comes undone. This is the second one I’ve ordered and returned. I’m done with this company.

It’s very beautiful, however, I have not been able to figure out how to open the clasp. Can anybody help me?

Lovely piece but clasp broke after wearing once. I have the 15” as well and that has held up well. The 18” just didn’t.

I got this necklace for a wedding I am in this coming New Year but I figured I would also get it to wear as a casual look before hand. At first glance it’s super shiny and sparkly. It’s also pretty heavy in comparison to others I’ve tried which can be a good thing as it tells me it’s pretty durable. The clasp is easy to use if you have short nails but if yours are a little longer it does become tricky like most jewelry. I first ordered the shorter length and it was choker on me so I reordered it in the longer length which hits just right. The size of the studs on the necklace are not too large but not too small. They can pass for the real deal. My only complaint is that since the necklace is a little dense it does seem to twist and not lay flat when wearing which can be a little uncomfortable or annoying to have to fix every so often.I’ve attached some photos that are in a dim light so you can see just how elegant these are even in a lower light.

Let me start by saying this is a gorgeous necklace. Very stylish. HOWEVER, I had to return because the clasp would not come undone. And yes I know how to do the bar clasp because I have several necklaces that have the same bar clasp. Since I liked the necklace so much I ordered a replacement. That necklace wouldn’t stay closed. The bar clasp kept flipping open and the necklace would fall off. So after trying two different ones I sadly had to find another necklace elsewhere.
