Works great and the sleeve to put it in makes it very usable.

I have osteoarthritis in both knees. Perfect size for the knees. It does the job. Very pleased.

Fits perfectly on my knee! The only negative is that it melts in about 30 min but to solve that I bought two!

Great hot/cold pack very versatile.
Nice little ice pack good quality don't have to worry about it breaking. There are 3 sections creasex into the pack which makes it ideal for elbows or knees, but also flexible for other body areas. I'm a fan I se it with one of my braces after my hernia surgery.

Soggie veggies be gone!
Only used it for cold and found that it always seems to be at the right temperature regardless if it was in the freezer for a day or only hours. It provides about 20 minutes of cold, which is exactly what I am supposed to apply. Love that it stays gel like and conforms to the knee. No more soggy veggies!

DON'T BE FOOLED, CAUTION: it cannot be heated in the microwave. The Product Description gives instructions for heating in the microwave. The box clearly states "DO NOT MICROWAVE, If misused will cause injury" in very tiny print on the side of the box, under ATTENTION.
