The Zen Patches help me deal with my anxiety and stress of the day. I am in a lot of pain and these patches help my during the day and at the end of the day. I like the fact that I can take them off and on. I put them on different parts of my body. My legs are sore sometimes and I put the patches on them; they stick well and smell nice. I don’t drink but I can feel my body and mind relax the more I wear them. I especially like Ashwagandha and Gaba combination for a holistic approach to stress. They help stabilize my mode and I read that the more you use Ashwagandha, to better it works overtime for your body. Sometimes I will wear 2 anxiety patches if I feel overwhelmed, and boy, does that help me relax. I can tell the days I don’t wear the patches, so I try and wear them every day and they stay on in the shower or bath, which is helpful. Sometimes they will leave a little mark on my skin but it comes off pretty easily with soap and water. I like wearing the Zen Patch because I take so many pills daily that my stomach is a mess. I would recommend the Zen Patches. Aside from being very effective I love the words printed on them, they’re a little pick me up as well too.

Honestly the patches are bomb, they have natural ingredients I’m not scared of putting in my body, they absorb through the skin straight into the bloodstream rather than taking time to break down in the stomach like a pill, they smell really herbal and nice and have the cutest affirmations on them. I wore mine at the top of my inner forearm so I wouldn’t have to worry about wrinkling it by moving my wrist (but honestly they’re pretty thick patches) I saw another user putting it on their chest and thought that was pretty smart too. I love that it helps me sleep, I usually put them on about an hour before I get in bed and it helps me relax into sleep which is real nice because insomnia is not your friend, then I take them off in the morning when I wake up. I really enjoy the friendly patches in zen so I’m probably going to try out the other ones too but I’ll definitely be coming back for more of these.

Im confused what these do because I felt nothing different

Initially I was skeptical about these calming patches, however after a stressful day at work I put one on the next morning and it really did seem to keep me in a "zen" place. The patches came with cool phrases on each one and the adhesive was strong enough to keep it on from morning until night and I still had to give it a little pull to get it off. They don't have a strong smell at all, you have to smell the back of the patch to get any kind of scent and it smells like licorice, but not in a bad way. I placed my patch on the inside of my right wrist and had no problem with it rubbing off or peeling off at all. If you are looking for a natural way to deal with stress, you should give these patches a try.

I love these patches. They are super thin and once on you don't even notice them. They stay on all day without peeling off however when you want to take them off they are easy to remove and I never have any sticky residue left behind. When I'm traveling I will place one on my wrist and within the hour im feeling calmer and more relaxed without feeling groggy or sleepy. These patches are so easy to use and really do help you relax. I would recommend these patches to anyone that wants to bring a little calm into their life.

Didn't provide much relief for me. Left a horrible orange residue when removed that was difficult to get off my skin. Patch is huge.

This is the third patch that I’ve tried from The Friendly Patch Company And I absolutely love it! I live that busy #momlife and have a history of adrenal fatigue. This means that I have to get everything done while also keeping my body cool, calm and collected. The patch has things that I typically take in supplement form (ashwagandha, magnesium, l-theanine, GABA), except now I can just apply a comfy, foam patch to the inside of my arm to get all the same benefits! Pro tip: if you’re finding it hard to wind down before bed, use the Zen Patch in combination with the Snoozzze Patch and you’ll be sleeping like a baby.

I love these patches! They have what you need for that zen feeling you desire especially when times are hectic. Check out the ingredients. I had a question about this product and the owner of the company personally reached out to me via phone and email. I’m very impressed with this company. I don’t absorb pills well so I rely on patches! These are well made and stick well. I had no problems showering in the patch either and I have it on my wrist. The patches have motivational words on them like Give. The owner said he is revamping the patches as some people didn’t like this but I love it! There are some patches with words left to buy on amazon or visit the company site. I will be buying again.
