I love the power this has and the selection of sprays to get the Cottles off your body and the shower stall.However: Try real hard not to cross thread any part of the connections as they WILL leak & spray every where else. Also it should be noted that they say not to use Teflon tape as this WILL cause cross threading & leaks as it prevents proper seating onto the Washers! Also: Finger tight is all you need. Rubber Washers will do the trick!

The restrictor is in the mount, not the handle itself, and I used with our existing mount. We have intermittent pressure... Sometimes it's great and sometimes it trickles. This handle works great on both, and I have a valve to turn it down some when the pressure is good. The cleaning sprayer is effective at washing away the soap scum if you do it after every shower. Overall an excellent purchase, I've had about 15 different showerheads and Waterpik always seems to take 1st place every time.

After returning a no-name shower head for lack of pressure and massage I paid a bit more and got my money's worth. This is a large spray head that delivers volume without pressure loss and has a great massage to boot. And the spray lock out feature is pretty ingenious. No one will wash the ceiling accidentally! I cannot say anything about the swivel pipe connection, as my application doesn't use it. Just the hose and shower head.

I'm 85 and put this up by myself. I love all the choices of sprays & the extra power wash setting. The head is larger than my former one and I like this one better. Also the hose is very flexible. I highly recommend it.

This is a great product when compare to others at a much higher price. multiple settings and good pressure.

Great price for the money. Love the "cleaning" mode that has the water "jet" out the end. Even better when you take out the regulator (plenty of videos on how).

Great showerhead with multiple spray settings. The long hose is perfect to reach everything needed. Easy to install.
