I bought this pot as an alternative to using a burner with a pot on top or a stove that uses butane or propane. I live in a mobile home and when I am running the AC down here in Florida, which is most of the time I do not have the electric power to have A lot of appliances plugged in, but I was happy to discover I am able to use this cooking pot while then AC is on both on the low and the setting as well as the high. it is a powerful cooker. i thought that the low setting would not be very much kind of like a very low simmer, but as you can see in the video, it is quite hot even on low. if you are looking to brown meat or caramelized onion, you can start at the low temperature, but then I usually go to the high temperature to finish off and get a nice crust on things. I have Found that this is not the kind of appliance that you can let things simmer and walk away and say do the dishes or walk the dog change, baby. even on the low setting, it has quite a good simmer going so I have found it best to stay close by and stir things as long as you do that foods won’t overcook, burn or stick to the bottom of the pan. I have also used it to boil pasta and it does well with that, it meets all my needs and then some. very easy to clean up with a little warm water and a soapy cloth.

Love this hot pot! I use on our van- RV to cook, cooks fast, easy to clean. Has a high/ low control. I can cook eggs, meats, oatmeal, anything, I LOVE IT!!

Cleanups a snap,has a auto off of run dry. I use a timer after many left ones. No simmer just med,/high strings.

I bought this early July and received it early August. I would use this to heat up food in my dorm, soups and noodles. The high heat does get too hot at times, which is why I use low power. But recently I was using the low power and suddenly the light turned off and it wouldnt continue heating. Its just the low power setting does not work anymore.

I loved it so much I have one in the camper. It’s way better than an air fryer. Easy to use and clean. I use it all the time and told multiple people about it.

When you use for more the 10 minutes, the lining starts to come away from the base. You can hear it pop when it separates. I LOVEd this, it hears fast but doesn’t last. I will miss it and will never buy again. I used it about 50 times before I couldn’t pretend it was not falling apart

I have been using Dezin hot pots for a few years now. When the last one stopped working I decided to buy this model. Bad choice. The interior is most definitely Not Non Stick. Everything I cook, no matter how much oil I use, burns on to the pot. It is very difficult to clean. I can only use this pot to boil water or soup. I cannot cook meat, eggs or vegetables in it without leaving a thick coating of burnt food in the pot, making it almost unusable. As for the steamer attachment there is also a problem. The pot is actually too small for steaming. Waster boils out before the food is steamed enough. Your engineers need to rethink the usability of this pot. It really needs to be updated.
