Gave new life to my 3ds. I think the battery time is a lot longer than the original. But I never timed the original.

It worked. It is still working after 4 months. What more can a person say about a battery?

Bought this as a replacement battery for a switch controller. It has worked well and refreshed the battery life of the device for long gaming sessions.

The battery fits fine in a standard 3DS but the charge doesn’t last more than a few hours on standby, don’t know if they are all like this or I received a faulty one.

I bought this battery to replace one that I had put in a Switch Pro controller when upgrading it with different shells/LEDs. The old one had stopped holding charge and was bulging, so this was a necessary replacement. So far a few weeks in, it holds charge well, but we will see how it does after a year of use. The screwdriver that came with it worked just fine to access the battery compartment and the new one fit right in like a glove. Good value and quick install

All Nintendo Consoles are made with Tri-Wing Screws. You need a tri-wing screwdriver to open it. The provided "repair tool" is just a small phillips. Hopefully the battery itself works but now I have to order a screw driver.

Worked as intended l, no problems. Get about the same amount of game time out of it 2-3 hours.

The screwdriver, or as described: "repair tool, " is just a small Phillips screwdriver head. you need a tri-blade to replace the battery on a 2DS XL Pokémon edition. Guess I can blame Nintendo for going with a different screw but I would assume someone selling for multiple models would indicate as such.
