Great for lichens
This has worked great for lichens! I haven’t had any flare ups since I started using this product!I normally don’t right reviews, but hope this helps someone else who has lichens.

It is lumpy, not smooth. making it a little akward to apply evenly. That being said, it does have a soothing effect.
