Justin is an amazingly talented and innovative chef. His recipes are simple and elegant and I can't wait to try them all. This cookbook is well thought out with great photography and writing that make it a very entertaining read.

Beautifully illustrated and a pleasure to read Justin's story. I have tried a number of the recipes and they are easy to follow and the produce easy to source which is good as so many cookbooks use things that are not easily obtainable. Well done Justin, I look forward to the next one.

We knew Justin when he was the chef in a restaurant up the road. We are hugely pleased we get to recreate some of the most fantastic dishes! The book is beautifully out together, brilliant colour photos for every recipe and the recipes are easy to understand and super tasty! A must have!
