If you've been thinking about getting and trying sea moss stop thinking and just do it it is the absolute best thing that I ever did first day that I took it my energy levels skyrocketed and for men let me tell you something it will it is a absolute game changer when it comes to the bedroom like I know you see a lot of tick tock videos talking about this BS and how it's going to grow it and all that kind of crap it's not going to do all that but it's going to increase your testosterone and it's going to crease the blood flow to the extent where it will grow to some extent but not you know what I mean like in a realistic fashion. Morning wood is a sign of healthy testosterone levels so if you're not getting that when you wake up every morning you have low testosterone I would strongly advise any man to take sea Moss.

Although it doesn’t help my digestive issue it works great for iron if you are Anemic, it will bring your numbers up. I have been anemic for years and now I’m not since I’ve been taking these herbs and it also helps my cholesterol It did give me a little energy as-well. I can’t take every day only like 2-3 times a week because the iron is very well. They are capsules but my sister opens hers and put in an applesauce.

The capsules have an unpleasant taste/odor that I have not experienced with other capsules. I purchased two bottles which I will use but will not purchase this brand again. It compares to other brands in ingredients and strength but there needs to be a rethinking about the capsule.

People use sea moss for fatigue, iodine deficiency, muscle strength, pain, quality of life, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses. Don't confuse sea moss with other types of seaweed. Also don't confuse it with algin or carrageenan.love using it and buying this brand . very good stuff .
