I don't mess around when I make my pasta sauce, so San Marzano tomatoes are a must. This brand is very high quality, and not seedy. I've tried many types but come back to this one. No local market carries this brand so it's Amazon to the rescue. Highly recommend.

I opted to spend the money on San Marzano tomatoes when I was cooking for a large crowd, and I'm so glad I did! This is the first canned tomato in my life that hasn't caused stomach acid and ultimately, indigestion. The flavor is rich, fresh and robust! I did find that the finished sauce was more flavorful and fully developed on the second day which worked out fine for my purposes. I froze the left over sauce and it defrosted very well and tasted just as good as it had when I first made it. All of the cans arrives with no dents in the cans. If you can spend the extra money for these, They're worth it!

Don't buy store sauce again! It may be a bit pricey, but it's beyond worth it for the texture and taste! I used 4 cans to make sauce to feed 15 people. Letting it cook down for hours produces the most amazing aroma. This is worth the price and the pleasure of the taste!

These arrived dented!

The cans were dented, one was so bad I had to throw it away because the top was bulging.

I use these tomatoes to make pizza sauce. It is very flavorful and gives my pizza's a real italian authentic taste. I add a little water to it, some secret spices and then use my immersion blender to give it a nice creamy feel that is easy to spread on a pizza!

I must say I have tried just about every canned tomato there is from Rega, La Valle, La Carmela, the list goes on and on but nothing even comes close to these tomatoes. The taste is beyond compare to any other product. I highly recommend these tomatoes and you will not be disappointed in the least.
