Works way better then I thought
When installing aftermarket speakers I used this speaker foam adhesive tape and it worked really well, sticks on well to both the adapters and speakers and seal really well and made the sound on the speakers much more stronger due to the good sealing of the speakers and the adapters, I would definitely recommend when installing speakers on a vehicle

as advertised. would buy again
worked fine for my car audio project. I replaced all the factory speakers in my SUV and used this on my new aftermarket speakers between the rear edge of the speakers and the door panel. worked fine for my needs. price was reasonable. would buy again.

Does the job but not like the foam you get with some speakers
It does the jobCon: it’s not as supple or soft as the strips that come with some of the aftermarket speakersPro: it doesn’t feel flimsy the job and adds a little bit of extra height to the speaker! 1/16” or so after the speaker is screwed down

Easy to apply
No problems with the materials, good adhesive even on small (6mm) length pieces, backing comes off with no frustration. Seems like a semi-closed foam gasket type so it has some give to it, you can compress it fairly easily - plastic clips and push pins easily overcome the resistance. My use case was for lining the installation pin areas of my interior panels during a tear down for sound purposes, quick way of preventing rattles from my plastic panels.

Worked as a Subwoofer Gasket
Needed some foam to make gaskets for a pair of 10 inch subwoofers due to my enclosure having a bed liner finish. The rough surface causes them to not seal against the enclosure properly. This foam is the type you want for speaker gaskets. The adhesive isn’t great but it’s a 33 foot role for $4 so I wasn’t expecting it to be. Got the job done nonetheless. Haven’t noticed any air leaks around my subwoofers.

Great product, great price
This a great product for speaker gaskets. I think 2mm is the perfect thickness…not too thick, not too thin. The adhesive is strong enough to hold. Oh, you can’t beat the price for two big rolls.
