Noritake Sweet Leilani Covered Vegetable Bowl

Noritake Sweet Leilani [pattern # 3482] china is very well made and durable, and holds up very well through decades of consistent use. My husband and I had purchased eight place settings of this very elegant, delicate floral pattern [as well as the hostess set] in 1991, and have lovingly cared for them by hand-washing the pieces as recommended by the manufacturers of fine china. In October, 2015, I purchased two Noritake Sweet Leilani covered vegetable bowls. Why? The first was so strikingly and flawlessly exquisite, I HAD to have a second [both of which will see frequent use]! In the process of gradually completing my set [and for these particular covered vegetable bowls] the best prices were offered for these brand-new, never-opened pieces by Wayfair [through Amazon], packaged perfectly, and shipped very quickly. I was VERY pleased with the entire transaction, and obviously thrilled with the china. However, better prices on small fruit bowls and luncheon plates were found via various sellers on ebay, so definitely research the condition of the china, the price, and who is making the offer before making a final decision. Additionally, the very-highly-rated ReplacementsLTD company can create items not made by the manufacturer of your china. Items such as a cake platter on a pedestal, [handled] nut bowl, [handled] 3-part condiment service, serving spoon holders, footed tiered serving trays, night lights, and much more, using components of your china pattern [from their own inventory], are available [some more practical than others]. I purchased several of their practical creations, which utilized the Sweet Leilani dinner plates, salad plates, bread and butter plates and fruit bowls, and have been quite pleased. For setting an elegant table, I highly recommend the Noritake Sweet Leilani china pattern.
