Only works a couple of times
I thought it was great at 1st but the 3rd time I was going 2 use it, it would not power on. I took care of it per instruction. Only charged it after drying out overnight. Was very disappointed I wasted my money

Great product for a hot tub
This little guy does a great job for really small pools. I wouldn’t recommend it for anything much bigger than a hot or cold tub. Has great battery life and gets the job done. Others have mentioned buoyancy problems and it does tend to want to float to the top. Just apply enough pressure and you’ll be fine. The pole is junkie but I don’t really use it.Overall a good product for the cost.

Didn't last UPDATE below
It worked alright for a few months but died and won't turn on now. Kept a charge for a good amount of time and had reasonable strength. But it gave up the ghost much too early for the expense. $85 for 3 months of use just isn't worthwhile. Look elsewhere... UPDATE I contacted the manufacturer and told them of my problem with the vacuum. They sent me a replacement, which -a week in- is running well. I didn't have to send the old broken one back to them.

The handle is not good
it's really a waste of money. not easy to use because of the handle is flimsy. It filters as it should but why to light to keep in the water. charging takes too long suction is not good. Really to small.

Doesn't do what we needed it to do
We bought to get the sand out of our hot tub. The weird shape of the vacuum head makes it hard to use on the bottom of the hot tub and it does not suck up the sand. It was a waste of money.

Good for small pools or spas
Bottom line up front: it’s not the best but it’s definitely better than nothing.Full disclosure: I’ve never used a pool cleaner before. My story: We bought a 6-person back yard spa. I had been trying to figure out how to get the small leaves and dirt that had gotten into the spa after some rains. I tried cleaning it by hand but the small debris would just float around and then settle back down on the floor after a few hours. It was very frustrating. So I got this pool vacuum. I love that is is so light because I can carry it around and store it easily. I like that it charges pretty fast and that I don’t have to find a long extension chord to use it. It’s small but that is fine for our small spa (definitely wouldn’t be practical for a pool). It did end up cleaning our small spa enough. Am I glad I got it…yes because I could t have cleaned up our spa without it. Was it easy? Not as much as I’d like. The vacuum tends to float, so you have to press down a lot to get it to stay close to the dirt (but I guess that’s the tradeoff if it’s going to be light). But the long plastic handle is also not very strong, so it bends. If the handle was really stiff, then it would be easier to hold the vacuum down. The other thing is that the vacuum doesn’t have super strong suction power. I’m not sure if that’s user error, but it was good for picking up bigger things that stayed in place, but I had to chase the dirt and debris around until I could pin it to the side or floor of the spa so the vacuum could get it. So, I’m actually glad I got the pool vacuum. I just wish it was easier and more effective.

Damn thing died already
I bought this in April. I have used it sporadically for 21/2 to 3 months and the other day it was not running continuously and felt like it would shut off completely. I recharged it over night and tried to run it today and nothing! So now I feel struck with this thing that doesn't work.
