Great for kids
My daughter has been singing at church and needed inner ears but we didn’t want to break the bank. Got these ones and they are working so well for her. She says they fit well and she can hear the levels she needs. They are lasting well so far and no issues. Great way to save money and get your kid inner ears without worrying about damage or loss.

Works Fine For Now
I must admit I'm a bit gunshy about gushing over electronic gadgets. I'm happy if they work right out of the box (these did) but I'll wait and see regarding durability under actual working gig use. I bought these to round out an IEM system that I've been on the fence about. My first impression, when hooking the base unit and then these earbuds together, was that it was really a game changer. Good crisp sound, noise cancellation very ( so good I had to get used to it!) but then again, I'm new to IEMs and I have nothing more expensive to compare them to. For my whole setup I probably spent about 125.00 bucks. I'll revisit this review after I use the system on gigs. Solo guitar/ Singer in restaurants and bars. Using it with a FIshman SA330x column. The monitor out works well with this. The earbuds sound good to me. Again, haven't used expensive ones. UPDATE: I was using this with an Electro-Voice RE20 microphone and found that the room noise was being picked up and interfering with the mix. It tended to cancel out the guitar and gave me a strange metallic echo that just sounded WRONG. That may be for electronic reasons I just can't figure out yet. Oh and it's sporadic. I've switched over to using an Audio Technica AT812 mike and will see how that works out. Onward.

Used product
These things work fine. Sounds good and the fit is nice. My issues is I paid for a new product but received a used product. All the items inside opened with the baggies torn. Not the end of the world, they look and work fine but you should get what you pay for.*Update*Seller reached out about me receiving open used headphones and made it right. So based just on the headphone performance I have updated my star rating.

Excellent sound, fit, value
Very wide range of sound options because of the 4 switches that allow you to easily customize the high and low end. Cable is comfortable although not immediately easy to tell left from right. 3 earbud sizes included.

KZ always great
I have several of these. I changed the cord to a braided one and changed out the ear pads. You have to burn these in on medium volume for at least a couple hours before they sound good, even a few weeks ideally. If you don’t have the monitors in just right the sound won’t be dynamic or full. They get very loud so I just keep them on low to protect my hearing. KZ IEMs are great, I use them with a lossless player to grocery shop and exercise.

For use while drumming.
Great headphones for use as a monitor, when playing live music. It blocks any unwanted sounds, and sound clarity is great. The design, putting the wire behind the ear, makes it so the earbuds won't fall out. Very comfortable.

They do what they are advertised to do ... but
As the title says, these IEM's do what they are intended to do. They deliver a very impressive range of highs and lows. The bass has zero buzzing all the way down until about 400Hz, when you start to lose sound. The highs are audible without a buzz all the way up to a little over 15000hz (15kHz), WHICH IS IMPRESSIVE FOR $20 IEM's!!But ...If you are purchasing this product in hopes of using them as In-ear monitors for performing music, stop. There is not enough separation and noise-cancellation. When using in a mix you can hear the singing and bass very, very well. But the separation between instruments is nonexistent.I attempted to do some DIY ear molding to the ears, and they now stick out and are so ugly with the blue molding. So, in conclusion, these are great products. Well worth the money. However, for using them in the way that I did, and trying to go the cheap route, I paid for the consequences.Thank you, KZ, for this product, I am moving on to your more expensive 16-hybrid driver option next!*Update. *After a few months of using these IEM's, they have completely stopped working. No sound at all just a crackling noise. I replaced the cord, and the problem still persists. For this price you can find a 1DD+1BA arrangement that will not cause the Dynamic Driver to short out. As earlier discussed, I use the monitors at the full potential they are intended for.

Inexpensive, comfortable, functional
Bought these as a back up for the office. The sound alright, looks blingy, good noise isolation, and decent mic too. Great for the price

Once you get past the poor instructions, you'll get great sound for a great price
Full disclosure... I've never owned expensive earphones, so I have no idea how they would compare to these. Personally, I just want headphones that sound good for a good price. Frankly, I wasn't expecting very much when I bought these headphones, but then again... I didn't pay very much either.Long story short, they sound great, and are quite comfortable to wear......once you figure out how to wear them. The instructions aren't the greatest translation into English. But I didn't take off any stars for this because if you're looking for something in this price range, you're lucky to get instructions. Anyway, I'm including a couple of photos. One is of a page from the instructions, which will give you an idea of which way the earphones should be pointing when they are in your ear. As for which side is which, the cable ends are marked R/L, but the earphones are not.In my picture, I put some white on the connector so you can see the 'R' symbol more clearly. My picture of the earphones will show you how they *should* look if you have assembled them correctly. Also, the picture is the general way they should be oriented on your head. The part with the speaker should be at the bottom of your ear. See the instruction page for details. NOTE: There is a bag of alternate silicone buds. They come with 'medium' installed. In the bag is a pair of 'small' and 'large' buds. They just pull on and off.Once assembled, I suggest you leave them that way. There is no real benefit to take them apart unless you want to put them in storage. As for comfort, the reason you bought these is since you wanted an over-the-ear style earphone that won't fall off if the cable gets tugged. So long as you use the right size silicone bud, you should have a good fit. Unlike other earphones, the over-the-ear style means they don't need to be jammed in your ear. They just need to be pressed in snug, and the cord will keep them in place. After a while, you'll forget you're wearing them. If you find your ear gets 'warm' when using them, try using a smaller size ear bud.I found the sound quality to be quite good. They didn't sound like 'earphones' to be honest, they sounded more like full-size headphones. With a frequency range of 10-20000Hz, they certainly seem to deliver on that. The key is that I was able to tell the difference between MP3s encoded at 128kbps and 320kbps. If you have a keen ear, you will notice the audio compression since there will be a lack of audio definition. With these earphones, the 320kbps files sounded great. The highs and lows were quite distinct. As for bass, it's decent, although hard to quantify. I put on Sigrid - High Five, and with a flat EQ I didn't get any clipping at volume levels that were as high as I could tolerate. Of course it will depend on your device and EQ settings. But I didn't find it 'lacking'. Yeah heavy bass is nice, but at this price point I think it delivered respectable bass performance.Bottom line, I've paid more for earphones that didn't sound as good as these. These are an excellent pair of budget earphones, and would likely be a great choice if you want to take them on a trip and not worry about losing them on the plane. If you check out my images, I'm sure you will find them helpful.
