Thanks to teen children who found it inexplicitly necessary to HAMMER the buttons of the stove, the display failed. They had broken some tabs and the plastic overlay on the buttons was cracked. I thought i would replace the overlay and use the oem display but upon removal I found it was too damaged to do just that. I found this, and was skeptical as the oem, no overlay, was over 250, 50 extra for the overlay sticker. This seemed too good to be true. It arrived and the board looked totally different, MUCH less components. I installed it with a feeling that "No way this is going to work". But, it worked like a charm, for less than the stupid button overlay sticker I had the stove fixed back to like new. The unit has been working for well over 6 months, and it works perfect. Save yourself some money, take a chance like I did, you won't regret it.

Easy to install. You only need to remove 6 screws to remove plate off the upper back of the oven, disconnect one wire, then remove 4 screws from the control board. Then do the opposite to install. Comes with the faceplate too. I heard no hum like people reported on some replacement boards. Oven lit right up.

So far so good. Installation was easy.

So far it’s been 4 weeks and it’s working perfectly. Part feels a little cheaper but the price point ‘tis excellent! Very cheap solution to otherwise could’ve cost me a whole stove.

Installed this on my 11 year old fridigair gas stove and it works with some caveats. I got this because the original panel had a bad clock display, with certain portions of the display not working, and it made it hard to read times and temps. Initial thoughts after a few days of use: Pros: Externally looks and feels exactly like the original. The clock display works great! All features seem to work like the original. Functionality seems the same, temps all seem to work accurately, etc. Very easy to install. Awesome price compared to OEM! Cons: The internal electrical components definitely look cheaper than the original. Worried about longevity. This thing hums. It has a very high pitched continuous hum that is quite noticeable. See the video I've attached. You have to turn up your volume to hear it, but in person it's much more noticeable. Is this expected? The jury is out on longevity.

Direct replacement that works.
