I've been taken the product for a month but not full dose in order to avoid any reaction, so far I'm very happy with the results, doesn't affect my DT and legs cramps are less intensive. Cognitive results I think I 'll see when I take a full dose for some time, at my age (67) results take some time to show up especially when I haven't had enough magnesium in my system​ for many years.Update: I've been taken this product for some time now and is very effective. Better sleep, no cramps and no problems with DT. After some time full dose now I'm taking a half dose as maintenance if cramps come back it will mean to me that I need more, listen to my body it works for me.

I’ve suffered from low magnesium because of taking Cestfilo for gastric reflux. I got cramps so bad I would get pain in my feet leg and abdominal muscles.I’ve tried all kinds of magnesium but they all had me on diarrhea and little was absorbed.I received this in mail and took 4 pills when I was having bad cramps. The tablets seem good and appear to be giving a more restful night's sleep. Don't order the pack of 2 even though they are cheaper. They will only send you one. It happened to my partner who bought them twice.
