I tend to try a lot of liver supplements, and these appear to be competitive with the best of them.First off, a cautionary note, zinc is good for your liver, but be careful that you don't overdo your zinc intake by taking multiple supplements. The daily upper limit for zinc from ALL sources (supplements, food, drinks, everything) is 40 mg. This supplement alone has 30 mg. So if you are taking anything else, like a daily multivitamin that has zinc already, you will be exceeding the National Institutes of Health recommended upper limit. Just be careful, and monitor your zinc intake. It's important to point out that a LOT of liver supplements made by various companies include 30 mg of zinc, so I'm not singling out GreeNatr, you've gotta be careful with any liver supplement by any company that you choose.Other than that, the pill appear to be similar to other products I've tried--the color is the same. I've not had any negative reactions or anything like that, fortunately. I'm happy with this product.

Milk Thistle is a great supplement for liver health. I've been taking it on and off for years. Some supplements upset my tummy but not this one. The pills are easy to swallow and don't really have much of a taste at all. I've been pleased after the first month and will be ordering a new bottle soon.

I would beware of these products even especially if you are taking medications and having severe medical issues because One of the products I used caused issues triggering my auto immune and an allergic reaction and they wouldn't even respond. Amazon 's sellers will not refund any of these products period. It's an gimmick to get people to download the app . The people that create those apps get paid regardless . So do your research first.

I've been taking Milk Thistle for years and am always on the lookout for supplements with this ingredient. What caught my eye about this particular formulation from GreeNatr is the added blend of herbal ingredients in their "propriety blend" I also take Berberine separately, and this has it in here too, along with other liver supporting extracts (celery seed, fever few, raspberry juice, yellow dock, dandelion root, ginger and Artichoke Extract etc..) It just looks more comprehensive. So far, I have not noticed any acclimating side-effects, and since my body is already used to some of the key ingredients in this supplement, I'm not going to notice a radical difference. I feel like I'm getting more bang with my buck with this formulation and it's competitively priced for the quality.

I have been taking one pill in the mornings when I get up (I am a small person so rarely do I take 2 pills of supplements even when that is the recommended dose), which is about 30-45 minutes before I eat breakfast. Because the instructions say to take with a full glass of water, I usually remember to do so, but only after I get downstairs and remember that I forgot about the water:). If nothing else, it makes me more likely to start the day with some hydration. So far, the pills agree with me and are not causing ill effects. My experience with supplements is that results are usually pretty subtle so I may not see results until the end of the bottle at best. If I don't notice a difference, I'll move on and try something else. I looked up the herbs and ingredients in this blend and all of them do seem to be promoted for liver help or general good health and there was nothing that concerned me. The bottle came with a cello safety seal and an inner freshness seal. The pills do smell somewhat herbal. I like a daily adult beverage or two, so I'm hoping these will help my hard-working liver.
