Package came extremely fast. Delivery was as expected. Came with 4 guards. 2 adult and 2 kids. I recommend using a kid one first to understand how to shape it without ruining the adult ones. I heated the water up to a boil on the stove then removed it from the heat right away and let the water set for 1-2 minutes before adding your guard. It took me 4 times heating up and shaping to my teeth. You can cut the edges to fit your mouth better after you heat it up. The nice thing is, you can heat the guard up as much as you need as long as you don't melt, or overheat it. Better to do it a few times verses ruing it all at once. I grind my teeth bad and am breaking them at this point. My guard fit so well in mouth that I feel right to sleep and slept thru the night with it. I have had the expensive guards from the dentist and this one works the exact same. You have to get the guard formed just right. If it feels to bulky then it most likely needs to be heated up again. It should not cover your gums completely. You can cut the sides down to fit your mouth. Just don't cut on the teeth mark part. I am very pleased. For $8 it's definitely worth to try. I won't sleep without it. I use to wake up w teeth pain at night amd now i don't. Remember it's ok to keep warming it up, don't melt it . When it becomes sticky is when I removed it from the heat. LoVE it.

Easy to use. Could be better at molding and include one with a roof of mouth guard, but otherwise it’s a solid product.

The item arrived very fast. The option of two different size guards that are supplied is a great idea. The fit and comfort is fantastic. It was recommended to me by my dentist to use a mouth guard for sore jaw from muscle pain due to biting down to hard while sleeping.

Most of these are very hard rubber and you have to microwave them for a minute or so, and then they shrink out of shape. Usually you have to cut off corners. I started using this as is- no microwaving- and it is comfortable- no bruising of gums!

We were able to use these for our kids against teeth grinding. It took us couple of tries to get these properly fit but it's no big deal since these guards reshape to original size if you place in hot water again. Great product in all! Fit both kids and adults.

Simple mouth guards that are good for the price. They give two different sizes and you can mold them to the shape of your teeth. It also comes with a case.

Impressive package, great instructions - small but readable font. Perfect fit if you have a small mouth. I can just wear them immediately. Plus have a double set.Very pleasure with this first time long shot.

I loved this product!! It has helped my nightly teeth grinding significantly! I had a tooth ache forever that couldn’t be solved and now the ache is gone because of this guard - plus I didn’t expect to get so many ! A real teeth saver!
