The Good Wife: The Complete Series [DVD]

Bought series 1 & 2 some while ago and discovered that the complete set was cheaper to buy than series 3-7 separately,I find we both find it is compulsive in that this something we can both watch in comfort without feeling embarrsed as anything you might call dodgy is explained and verified through their courts. It is also amazing that some tech issues that we accept today are used in their infancy. Can not get enough of Kalinda as you never know who she is working for, and with odd implements. Seeing her operate a baseball bat is a sight for sore eyes!! I'm glad I don't live in the USA as I feel I could be prosecuted just for thinking . Can not get enough I am hoping that it might continue. Put me down for series 8

I just LOVE this wonderful long series about a female US lawyer who returns to legal practice because her famous husband lawyer has been imprisoned. She starts as an intern earning money to support her family.I look forward to nights alone when I can watch a couple of episodes .Each one has a legal drama as well as a continuing number of story lines about the different intrigues affecting the main characters . Foremost is how the wife deals with the humiliation of her husbands scandals and imprisonment and her own attraction to her boss amidst the continual challenging legal entanglements.

An absolutely superb TV series. Brilliantly told and acted, funny yet seriously gripping, it has legal courtroom antics to binge again and again. My law professor told our class it’s the best legal show on the go they had seen and I completely agree. Can’t wait to continue following Diane Lockhart and new characters in The Good Fight!As for the actual product; the discs played well with only two incidents of a quick flash but it didn’t disturb viewing in the grand scheme of things. The casing for the discs could be better, and bear in mind that there are 7 seasons of The Good Wife, this boxset contains seasons 1 - 6 only. I had to buy the last season separately.

Have seen it on Amazon Prime Video but want to have the series on DVD to watch later. Good serie, good team of actors have made a perfect series. It's not a dull advocate serie, there is action, emotion, love and hate. The only thing I can do is make a huge compliment to the people who cast the series, all the actors had a perfect chemistry!

Watched this series when it was available free on Amazon Prime. Wanted to watch it again but found Amazon wanted PAYMENT now. This was very expensive paying per series. I finally bought the complete set, although expensive it was cheaper than the other options available. As a TV series this is the best I have watched. Highly recommend.

Well, it has it all; politics, a rich variety of court cases, family issues with excellent and interesting characters, well acted. Only complaint? Too many late nights, as just have to see what happens next! Very reasonably priced too.

This is a wonderful series with fantastic cast. Totally addictive and has been a total treat during this Covid virus lockdown 2020. Loads iof episodes to distract and entertain. Easy viewing . Highly recommend!

Not watched any yet it was a Christmas present but I've seen the series before but didn't see the last two series so I'm looking forward to binge watching this
