Best cushion I've purchased - so I've now purchased 2. I use an air cushion on top of a gel cushion at home but I'm constantly looking for a cushion that helps ease the nerve pain in my back for the car & my mobility scooter & this is definitely the best quality and support . It's thicker than any other I've purchased or looked at .

I bought this in preparation for the after effects of having my prostate removed. The first few days were not so bad, but after that, the discomfort in the affected area was very bad, and I really don't think I'd have been able to sit without it. I can highly recommend this for anyone who has to have the same procedure.

Bought this item last month to help with soreness down below. I found it very comfortable and has helped to reduce the pain and discomfort from sitting and working most of the day. Also used to driving long distances. Its helped reduce my pain levels from sitting massively. Seems well made and I'm happy with my purchase. Not sure about the tube holder that came with it as I don't think I'll ever get it back in there ha haOverall Boss

Definitely on the firm side, Although I am not overly wide small size is a bit too narrow for meEdit : opened up cover and cut some of foam away in area shown in picture now much improved comfort

Poor fit for me and very uncomfortable my frame size i consider to be quite normal, unless I can make changes to it, it will find the bin soon

Fra i vari cuscini provati questo è il migliore per chi ha problemi e deve tenere il coccige sollevato. È progettato bene come forma e cede poco (io peso 73 kg).In alcuni punti sensibili toccava troppo e con le forbici ho ritagliato un po' di gomma, una volta rimessa la fodera neanche si vede.Consigliato!
