Hisense 43 Inch VIDAA Smart TV 43A6KTUK - Dolby Vision, Pixel Tuning, Voice Remote, Share to TV, and Youtube, Freeview Play, Netflix and Disney (2023 Model), Black [Energy Class G]

I'm not sure whether I set the TV up or if I just clicked a few buttons whilst the TV set itself up; it was so quick and easy to install.I did have a 50" Hisense TV I was perfectly happy with, but unfortunately due to myself, an unfortunate tumble and a curtain pole; I shattered it beyond repair. I ordered this as a replacement and it came the next day; delivered by lovely couriers from ArrowXL.I was concerned seeing other reviews about the sound quality and planned a sound bar in the future if needed; however this one is much, much better than the old one for sound quality. I had to have the old one on about 22 in the living room to hear well; this one is clear at 14/16.I'm one for settings so I checked the sound and picture mode; finding one that worked well.It's heavier than the old television marginally and a little thicker; however that's okay as it is a bigger screen.The picture is clear and lovely and I'm really happy with it and especially as it was a lower price than the original TV but seems much better.I'm not a big fan on the amount of themed buttons on the top of the remote; could do without those personally but it synced up to my firestick without any setup, and the firestick remote automatically controls the TV too (again with no setup, just right away).It ran a quick update after being first setup; and the OS seems quick enough and responsive too.I'm very happy and honestly always think of and come back to Hisense as they always have a reasonable price compared to other brands.

Got this Hisense TV for my parents as a Christmas gift, and two years later—it’s still going strong, proudly wall-mounted and pumping out pixels like a champ. Its everything you'd expect from an LED panel. I was seriously skeptical about the VIDAA OS at first (having previously owned a Hisense that was using ROKU OS, which was pants), but it's shockingly smooth—dare I say, smoother than the OS on my fancy £1500 OLED Samsung. All the essential apps are there, no bloat, no lag, just quick clicks and crisp streams.It’s handled everything from soaps to nature docs with ease, and the VESA mount made wall installation a breeze. If this is what Hisense is bringing to the table these days, count me in for round two. VIDAA has officially earned my respect.

I am very pleased by the service i received from the person that delivered our tv. He was a very happy and cheerful guy. Even though we didn’t have the installation and old tv collection service on the delivery day, he did it anyway without asking for anything. The tv itself is good, safe to say my one year old son loves it very much. I will buy from them again and again

The lads came to mount the tv to wall but was told that they were unable to do that as the wall is thin and the wall mount was a swivel bracket but unable to use as tv to heavy for bracket. Amazon fail to relay the proper instructions for installation
