RESCUE!Carpenter Bee TrapStik - 4 Pack

I know this says they're for carpenter bees, but I use them for wasps, and man, do they catch wasps. I placed them on my front and back porches and they are loaded with paper wasps, mud daubers, and other small flying bugs like gnats and flies.

These worked very well for us! We have been trying to get rid of the carpenter bees at our log cabin, and no matter the exterminators or sprays, there would be hundreds of bees. Once we placed 4 of these traps around the most popular spots for the bees, we caught tons in the first day, and more and more each day! The color is an eye-sore, but it’s worth it for the relief from the bees! Beware though, you may catch other bugs or even mice depending on where you place them…

Very sticky, outside cage allows for handling without getting your hands caught. Design is good for the price you pay. This catches mosquitos and flies as well.

I occasionally see wasps in my yard and I am severely allergic to wasps. I have tried just about everything I can find online to get rid of them with no success. I put this up a week and a half before this photo was taken and haven't seen any since. I was surprised to see how many it trapped! I really love when something I buy actually works :)Note: If you hang this near an area with frogs, lizards, etc. they may get stuck on it. To remove a lizard that got stuck on mine, I sprayed canola oil on the bottom side of it and after a few minutes it was able to pull itself off. I have since moved this item to hang on an old telephone line further from the wall and haven't had the issue again.

Works Well and Reduces Activity QuicklyI’ve been using this wasp and carpenter bee trap for a few weeks now, and it’s made a noticeable difference. It started catching wasps within the first day, and I’ve seen much less activity around my porch and eaves since then.It was easy to set up and seems to hold up well outdoors as this is our 2nd yr purchasing.

Last year carpenter bees attacked the lower roofline on one side of my house and the exterminator said the bees were not covered on my contract. Within a week of putting up these colorful green traps the presence of bees diminished and good amount were caught in the traps.This spring caught me off guard and the bees got back to work early in the same area so I had to order more traps that thankfully came in a few days.

Cool design, but the carpenter bees were not at all interested. I used 4 traps in a heavily infested area and caught 1 bee over a period of a week. They did kill a bunch of other pollinators.
