Works if you get the glue right
I was really pleased with how this performed, especially at the price. What seems to be the key is pulling the dent with the glue at the right level of stickiness. This will depend on the panel temperature but I found with the outside temp at 10 degrees in October, the best time to start pulling is about a minute. It seems to me once the glue starts to harden it then loses its adhesion and the tab comes off. The instructions state 5 minutes waiting time, that seems way too long to me and why for some people who followed this, it didn’t work. Start at a short waiting time and work your way up.

Didn’t work
The pads just popped off the glue, now the car is covered in dents AND glue

Easy to use
A really nice easy little dent puller. One thing that does a help is, warm the dent with a hot air gun first or hair dryer, then when you put the tab on with the glue it doesn't chill the glue.Because thevglue sets slower it makes it a lot more adhesive if you get bored i mean.It struggles removing "dings" mainly because the tabs are too small to pull the centre of the ding out, which has stretched the steel a little.Overall, could save you a lot of expense.

Actually worked
Purchased this as my balloon of a child reversed into a car and dented his .I was sceptical that a bit of glue and a pulley time gizmo would work but had to try and really glad I did . It worked a treat , got the dent out but did take a few trys. Overall really impressed, saved a fortune of garage bills.

Returned
I returned the dent puller as after five attempts it didn’t work, the glue didn’t hold so couldn’t pull the dent out

Solution to remove glue not included
The instructions on this site state: "Step 6.After finishing the dent, use the alcohol to clean the glue which on the car and the puller tabs."...Use the alcohol? It's not provided. So, what alcohol? Smirnoff? Or rubbing alcohol? A bit more info in advance would have been appreciated to avoid wasting time.

Good, but doesn’t work for tiny dents
A good product in principle, but for tiny dents (like a couple of mm) this doesn’t go small enough unfortunately
