Unfortunately the first one delivered failed to charge and within 3 hrs of delivery I telephoned and spoke to a member of the Amazon team who said he would arrange for another to be delivered next day and sent a return label for the faulty one. Probably one in a thousand if not more. Next day another arrived and within 3 hrs was fully charged. Lots of pet hair was picked up from carpets and my wife who cannot handle anything heavy was so pleased. 3 bed bungalow floors very well cleaned within 15 minutes. This is a great machine with surprisingly powerful suction. Easy to use and to empty. I would recommend it to anyone and it is much cheaper than many others with the same qualities.

Purchased this in October 2016 and was initially very impressed with the suction and power of the hoover. However over the last month i feel that it is not working as well as it did and it appears to have become very noisy and is now not fit for use. Very disappointed as it has not even lasted 12 months. I would not advise anyone to buy this Item. Invest your money into another product that will last at least 12 months.

Vacuum is easy to handle. The suction is certainly not the best, but the machine does what I ask of it. - I can quickly go round the house and leave the carpets looking fresh. Keeps its charge well and has about 25 minutes power on one charge. Good value for the price

The charger stopped working after only a couple of months use. I returned the item in January, and I still haven't had a refund. Amazon refunded me the postage, however, I still haven't had a refund from Beldray. I would never buy Beldray products again.

Just what I was looking for! Very easy to use, comes with all the usual accessories and is great for picking up bits, fluff, dust etc and is truly lightweight, unlike some vacs which claim to be but are actually heavyweight. Still need to use a more powerful hoover for thick carpets now and then but this is great for everyday use - especially if you’ve back problems!

Absolute rubbish, worked well for a month .. Now return window has closed and I'm left with a £100 useless Hoover

Not as powerful as expected
