I recently purchased the Waterdrop WD-DF-AL-A Replacement Alkaline Filters for my Waterdrop dispenser and couldn’t be happier with the results. The installation process was simple and quick; each filter fit snugly and required no special tools. After just a day, I noticed a distinct difference in the taste of my water—much cleaner and more refreshing than before. My coffee also tastes smoother when brewed with filtered water from this system, which was a pleasant surprise. Each filter is supposed to last up to 2 months or 100 gallons, and so far, they’ve held up well to daily use. The packaging was secure, and the instructions were straightforward, making the switch from my previous filters effortless. Overall, I’m very pleased with these Waterdrop alkaline filters and would recommend them to anyone looking for a simple upgrade that genuinely enhances both water and beverage flavor at home.

The best water filter. I didn’t read the directions the first time and got grey cloudy water. I soak the filter for 15 mins and rinse, then soak again for another 15 and I never get any charcoal bits or grey water. It works great with well water and lasts way longer than other filters. I also like the glass pitcher (doing my best to cut down on plastic). They seemed a tad pricey until I realized how long they last and how well they filter high iron well water, even with a top of the line water treatment system. Best feature is how fast it filters water, no waiting 5 mins, it’s almost instant and holds a lot of water compared to others! Ships fast!

The water tastes great, I hope there isn't any bad stuff in the filters. Not clogging or other issues.

These filters seem to last a really long time! I'm very pleased with their longevity. I have the fridge/counter top filter and the design is very sleek. I like how quickly these filters pass water through and overall it works well! Although the taste isn't particularly my favorite, it tastes kind of mineral-like to me, the value for the money is well worth it!

The first ones I ordered were faulty. Their support team were kind enough to send me another box and they work well. A big thumbs up for the team.

I like what if offers if it works you just don’t know and they too expensive to not work and sometimes it’ll work right then just stop and you don’t get to get it to work again, so that’s a waste. I want them to work

I had an issue with one of the filters having a drip problem and i was trying to find a way to make it work but it was the same. They reached out to me and made it right and now the product works and fits exactly how it needs to and i have consistent water flow into my tank. Thank you
