Not a great design
The lid jammed and we were unable to open it. Returned the item and got a refund

Good. Food doesn't leak. However, doesn't keep food warm for more than 3 hours.

Good value for cold winters
Bought over 2 years ago, keep soups, pasta dishes and water warm for my kid's lunchtime meals well worth the money. Secret to ensuring that the food stays warm by lunchtime, is pre heat the container, by filling it with freshly boiled water for a bit (lid screwed closed) then empty and add heated food.

Great product, ideal for children's school lunches
Great product, ideal for children's school lunches. I heat them with boiling water then fill them with piping hot soup at 8am and it is the perfect temperature for them to eat by lunchtime (12.20pm). Slightly on the lukewarm side for my own liking but great for children.
