Product works great. I use when bleaching my hair. I’ve ordered this product several times and I will continue to use it. Highly recommended when bleaching your hair strengthens and conditions your hair.

I used step 1 of this mixed in with 12 oz Schwarzkopf blondme 9+ lightener and 18 oz of 40 volume developer, used step 2 after rinsing and shampooing the lightener off, toned my hair with Wella color charm, rinsed and shampood that, then used step 3 of this. I let my hair air dry without product and felt that my hair feels significantly less damaged than I would have expected after yet another bleaching and lack of trim in over 6 months. I still have breakage when I brush but my hair doesn’t feel like straw and the curl pattern appears to still be there unlike previous times I’ve bleached! I have used olaplex number 3 leave in before and feel that this stuff might be a good runner up.

This product brought my hair back to life. I have curly, bleached hair. It was very dry and damaged, and this product saved my life. I use it twice a week, and it's everything I need,100% recommended.

To be fair, platinum hair takes a lot of upkeep, money, time, and destroys the hair. I've tried all kinds of special shampoos/clenditioners, conditioners, masks, additives, glosses and so on. I should have started with "virgin" dirty blonde hair, but I began rebleaching once I had shoulder length hair post chemo treatments, so I'm not sure what kind of damage I truly started with. My hair was falling out, total straw and out of control hair going on. After using the full kit and wrecking my hair to the point of deciding to let it go dark this fall, I found both the new L'Oreal bond building shampoo and conditioner for the same price, and way better results. But that's my opinion and experience.1) Complicated and difficult to follow when bleaching2) Made my hair dryer than ever before3) Be sure to clean your entire shower after using the third step!! It turns it into a deadly skating rink!

I love this kit, I use it literally every time I have bleached, dyed, or used color remover on my hair over the past 3 years. It has really helped me keep my hair healthy!
