This is in fact, a wired controller with no means of wireless utility.

How loud is the d-pad compared to the Xbox Core Series controllers? Those controllers had an insanely loud d-pad that would annoy everyone

It’s a click. Never bothered me. I think it varies based on users. When I play COD, I can hear people clicking through their mic. When I am in game, I barely hear myself using the controller.
