Good product
I Love instant cleargel,as a baker I wouldn't be without it. It works wonderfully to stabilize whipped cream and to thicken fruit juices for fillings. My only complaint is that it should come with more helpful instructionsl.

A little goes a long way
There is definitely a learning curve to using this product. If you use a speck too much, the stuff turns like cement. Just remember a little goes along long way.

Clear gel for stabilizing whip cream
I LOVE this product!!! I have been on a search for a long time to make recipes with whip cream and have the whip cream stay firm. This product is so wonderful and it does not change the taste. It is a miracle and the whip cream so far has stayed firm for 3 and 1/2 days !!!! If you try it ..you will not be sorry .
