I love the three different colored hard shell carrying cases along with the matching colored files. The nail files were very gentle on natural nails and did not leave ragged edges. The hard cases helps prevent the file from breaking when tossed into a handbag. The three pack allowed me to throw one in my purse, one in my luggage and one in my manicure kit.

The cap does not stay on if the file is in my purse. I've tried tape to give it a tighter seal. No luck so far.I. like the shape and ease of using the file

I immediately tried to scratch the grit off with a steel tool and while I was able to remove some of the color, the grit remained, so these are probably really etched and not just a spray on grit like the cheap ones.The cases feel a bit cheap, but for the price you cannot complain.Works amazingly well as a nail file while remaining relatively gentle on your skin.

Glass fingernail files are safe for fingernails. Other types of files you have to be careful how you file your nails. These work great. Best of all they are not expensive so when I lose one I can buy them again. They are also great to give friends. Most don’t know about glass files. They are pretty and make a nice little gift.

You get what you pay for, I guess. Each of these only lasts 5-6 months with regular use. I lost one (that’s on me!) and less that a year later, I found myself needing to buy another because I had worn down the two I had left. They work well, but the quality is poor enough that it’s probably worth spending more at a reputable store to be able to keep it longer.I had a Sephora one for about 9 years that I replaced with these only because I had (finally) dropped it and it shattered. I don’t think they make the Sephora one anymore.

Im always worried carrying around glass nail files that they’re going to break in my bag. The little carrying sleeve means I can toss the nail files in my purse. The fact that it’s a three pack means I can leave one in my purse, have one at work, and have one by my bed. They don’t really make that nails on chalkboard feel that files sometimes do but they quickly file down any edges or length that need attention.

Way better for your nails. Sandpaper type emery boards are not too kind on your nails. These last forever. Perfect size for packing around in your purse and great idea for stocking drivers
