I should have known that there was trouble ahead when I saw the package 📦 It looked like the one that I had sent back as faulty! This item was well designed and sturdy! But the tubes for the top rail had the ends bent into the tube making them elliptical instead of round 🤔 Fortunately I have the tools to sort this problem, most customers will not! Personally I think that the previous customer sent it back because of these faults. The answer is to fit 18mm plugs into the ends of the tubes before shipping 🚢 otherwise it will recycle ♻️ continuously.

In my recent move, the new place has not as much storage space so I got the rail to help organise my clothes better as I was struggling with everything being in drawers.The assembly was fairly simple although I had extra screws and bolts at the end which I'm not sure were meant to be extra or if I've done something wrong? I had alot of my clothes on the front lower rail and it was a little unbalanced. If you have kids be mindful to even out the weight on both rails as if a little weight was applied the rail easily could topple over. My one main dislike of the rail is that the poles at the bottom to make the shoe rack are spaced really far apart so for high heels or small sized shoes, they tend to fall through the gap which is rather annoying.The rail is sturdy enough to hold a lot of clothing and the extra hooks on the sides are handy. For the price its definitely worth it.

I am having fitted wardrobes put in my bedroom and needed something to decant my clothes onto. This is perfect. Sturdy and not like a shop rail. So easy to assemble, even I was able to do it. Great size, but if I'm honest, I really need 3 of these!!

This clothing rack is not substantial, and definitely not "heavy duty".The part filled rack collapsed under the weight of 30 tops and was a total write-off with 2 of its welds broken and 3 of the light metal struts beyond repair.Not even worth sending it back!

Item arrived with one of the components missing a part (1of2 of part D) making it impossible to secure the vertical stand to the base frame as it was missing a base plate.No way to contact the seller to request a replacement part as item was shipped by A mazon so all links on the items page redirect you to A mazon customer service who were no help at all but very adept at repeatedly wasting my time without offering any meaningful assistance.The shame of it is that the item itself appears pretty decent in itself, although I would be very dubious about the stated heavy duty qualities, but for t-shirts, trousers and shirts it's perfectly adequate and would be very easy to assemble had it not arrived with a missing part that was fundamental in its construction 🤷‍♂️.Unfortunately there is no way to contact the seller directly to get a replacement part if anything is missing. And whilst very apologetic A mazon customer service were their usual dog toffee selves in their inability to offer any resolution for what is a really simple issue other than to apologise for a third party seller they have made it impossible for the customer to contact for help?!🤦‍♂️.Am sure if the item had arrived with all it's parts it would have been perfect for it's intended use given its price point.Oh well...... 🤯#UPDATE 20th March 2025#Seller reached out after seeing the above and issued a full refund for the Item. What a shame A mazon CS made the whole process such an infuriating experience to begin with 🤦‍♂️.Thank you for reaching out and offering a resolution after the fact seller, it is appreciated 🙂

when i saw size of box, my heart sank. Once assembled it is surprisingly sturdy and a really good size.used it to replace rail and fold down wardrobe, both of which are single bar and rock.I have filled both rails with shirt and tee shirts, and used the shoe rack for storage. Overall I am really pleased with this purchase. It is a vast improvement on other storage item i have purchased, and i would buy another

Definitely holds a lot! I’d recommend you build it in the room your hanging your stuff! Bigger than I realised. Unfortunately it did break when moving it, in fairness it was fully loaded!
