Love this cream, I use it on my arm for pain, and it helps to reduce swelling in my legs and pain in my knee. I loved this product so much, I bought a jar for my son who has back pain. He says it works great. I just cannot say enough good things about this product.

Love this product I’ve used it twice post surgery. Helps with swelling and pain. Just be sure to wash your hands after applying to not get it in your mouth or eye is does have a slight numbing affect to it.

It's AMAZING! After multiple spinal surgeries I still have chronic pain in my lower back & leg. I go to pain management for these injuries. After my last surgery a Tummy Tuck and Liposuction I was SORE!!! I tried this product thinking it really won't do much. Boy was I wrong! This cream goes on like silk. A little goes a long way. Instead of going for the pain killers I figured let me try this. It literally helped more than the pain meds! It feels like it goes from hot to cold. Very intense sensation but feels good AND alleviated my pain! It works so well that I brought the container to my Pain Dr. yesterday to show her this amazing cream so she could recommend it to others who suffer from irreversible chronic pain. Smells nice. Wash hands after applying. A great value for the price. I'm about to order another container of this miracle cream. I'll never be without it again!EDIT: 10/28/24 Since this review i have purchased this a few more times. If you suffer with back, neck, shoulder or any pain this is a life saver! I love it so much I brought the jar in to show my Pain Management Dr. so he can recommend it to other patients.

It worked overnight when applying on swollen ankle. Swollen reduced a bit. Good item

Game changer! So much easier to massage my post-op areas with this lovely gel. It's a bit tingly & smells strongly of menthol but my massage was much more pleasant & I feel like a million bucks today! Great find!

Update: Worked on the swelling in my feet! Definitely am happy with how it works.Not much product for the price. Container isn’t very full. Hope this product is amazing!!

This is NOT a product for bruising.I wish that I could recommend this product, but I can not. I bruise very easily. I was looking for a cream that would shorten the duration of the purple/red discolorations that I get after bumping into things. The smell of the cream is very unpleasant; think of an elderly person slathered in Ben-Gay. The menthol in this product also caused my skin to have an unpleasant, burning sensation. I had to wash off the cream after about an hour. My skin just burned. The name of the cream is misleading-it implies that it is useful for bruises, when in fact, it is really an analgesic cream. Basically, it is Icy Hot or Ben Gay, but just marketed to desperate people who are looking for a remedy for unsightly bruising I did persevere for a few days with this product, but it had no effect on the time it takes for a bruise to clear. I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but I hope to save someone else some money. Keep looking. This is not it.
