Update: After posting this review, the seller responded and refunded some of the puchase price. As I've worked to get the fill just right, I've come to like and enjoy using the pillow. I can see myself really loving it at some point. Neck pain is much better with this pillow. Be patient and keep adjusting the fill until it works for you!Stilll trying to get used to it. Based on the little instruction card in the box, this definately did not come from the US. Very poor wording and sentence structure. Trying to get out some of the buckwheat hulls so I can customize is difficult due to the VERY small zipper. Did you really need to save a half a penny on a short zipper? I have small hands and it's difficult and messy. I've got a couple more weeks before I decide whether or not to return it but the case it comes in seems to be very poor quality and that zipper is enough to drive you crazy. I don't think I like it.

I love this pillow. I bought the small one this time because the large one had so much in it I ended up breaking it into two pillows anyway. It is the best supportive moldable pillow I've ever used. I will continue to purchase it. The hulls eventually get broken up and disintegrated and doesn't stay as fluffy, but that's taken 3 years I think. It's really great for neck issues

Best pillow I've ever owned and now I'm never going back to a regular pillow. Only thing I wished I could change is making it cooler somehow and making it easier to wash but in fairness both of those are because I'm a hot sleeper and sweat through my pillow case and onto the actual pillow. I would sleep with an ice pillow if I could so I can't knock the pillow for wanting it to be cooler. It doesn't warm up anywhere near as much as my old memory cooling gel foam pillows used to. This actually stays cooler than the gel cooling pillows used to throughout the night. Now I'm a giant and have a fat head and this thing gave me the most comfortable support I've ever had. It's been 2 years now and this pillow is still the best I've ever had. I'm about to buy a new one even though there's nothing wrong with it just because I'm tired of looking at the yellow case but this time I will make sure to put it in one of those woven pillow case protectors that are capable of keeping sweat and skin oils out.

I do love this pillow. I tend to not pay attention to details sometimes, so it was smaller than I was expecting. But I do love it!

Misleading description. The "pillowcase" is the container for the buckwheat hulls. There's no way to remove it (to wash) without emptying all the hulls - through a small zipper. One would assume the hulls were contained in something with a separate, removable, pillowcase over that. This is not at all practical. Very misleading description. Very disappointing.
