UPDATED review:I found a compression sleeve in the bag. The 3rd and 4th photos show the compression sleeve with a big hose clamp. Basically, this goes over your standard 1/2 riser, tighten the clamp, and this setup allows you to use the nonstandard 1/2 line. It's a brute force way of doing things but it works.ORIGINAL review: 1/4 side-by-side matches. 1/2 is too small. Both the OD and the ID are way too small for standard Rainbird 1/2 fittings. They are sized for garden spigots with the connector that comes with the package but you won't be able to find replacements anywhere. The rest of the 1/4 stuff works fine. I'm torn between 3 and 4* for the non-standard 1/2 stuff that's going to waste.

I loved the fact that it has the t attachments. Fingers hurt alittle bit putting the hoses on but once its put together it is all worth it.

This is a good kit that has a lot of pieces that you'll need. The directions were handy and gave some useful tips for installing especially if you have never set up any irrigation systems like me. It was easy and glad I finally did it. The kit does have a lot of pieces which can be overwhelming but you won't even need to use a lot of them. They are spare or backups which Im glad extras were included. So far I haven't had any issues with my setup. Sure it's not Rainbird or the other name-brand systems, but just as long as my plants are getting watered I could care less about brand names. This one seems to be holding up just fine in the Arizona summer heat. I recommend this kit.

This is definitely not a complete set. You still need other parts to actually use this out of the box. It has some essential parts like the tubes and emitters, but it needs a bigger variety of connectors depending on your set up. Also really could use the connection to your spigot or hose included.

They give you a lot for the money making it a good value. It would be nice if the "half inch" hose was standard, but do they provide an adapter, it's just not as easy to mix and match with other parts from other systems, but this can cover a lot on its own.

I am using this between two different raised beds and I am impressed with the quantity of irrigation parts this kit has. Now the hose length is not clear in the ad but you get 26' of 1/2" hose and 200' of 1/4" hose, which is more than enough for quite a bit of garden. You get 60 nozzles of which 20 are staked. As I said I have enough that I did two raised beds (one 4'x8' and one 3'x4') and have more than enough to do several more!

I have a lot of irrigation at my house and I always need pieces to connect to and this set is very handy!
