So I just got my jet black Les Paul style maestro and I'm gonna say only one thing. This is legit. Don't let anyone tell you differently. I've been playing bass for over 20 years and been playing guitar for 10. You be honest this is a beast. It puts out sound. The amp sucks but it's good for practice when your up late at night and wanting to tighten up your riffs. I am super impressed and love everything about this. This guitar is great for any beginner as wel as an advanced player that wants a new battle axe. I totally don't regret buying this.

Good for total beginner; mine has irritating fret buzz
I'll start off by saying I'm new to the guitar. I've never touched one in my life until I got this package. The guitar sounds good. I feel that the amp is cheap, but given that I paid around $85 for this package, I can't complain too much.I didn't buy this package to get an amazing guitar or an amazing amp; I bought it because it was cheap enough that if I didn't think playing guitar was for me, I wouldn't have spent a fortune on an amazing guitar and amp.The value of this pack is pretty good for someone who is new to guitar, or who may be unsure about getting into guitar.Be aware, however, my guitar has some fairly bad fret buzz on the low E string, and some buzz is sometimes present on the A and D strings as well. I'm not going to complain too much, given the budget cost of this package. To put it simply, if you're expecting an amazing guitar and amp from this package, look somewhere else. I think this does great for a total beginner, or someone who wants to test the waters before committing to an expensive guitar and amp.I gave four stars for the fret buzz. It's not an enormous issue, but it is annoying, and I have to pay someone to fix it.

It's worth the price
It's a real nice guitar. A friend of mine who is an expert in guitars told me that you can't go wrong on this deal. The amp isn't impressive at all but at least it does what it's supposed to. And I didn't get a gig bag or a tuner with the package but I personally feel it's no big deal. I got a free guitar tuner app at Google play and Rocksmith has one as well, and as for the gig bag,we'll the guitar is a gift for my son and I honestly don't see him taking it anywhere anytime soon. For a starter package I felt it was worth the price.

Not worth the money
It's an okay beginning guitar. Over priced. You can get all this for less than $80 if you shop around

Nice for the price!
I was looking for an inexpensive electric guitar. Saw this for only $81 plus free shipping from Amazon. Looks, feels, and sounds great! Came with everything a beginner needs to get started. A small portable amp, guitar to amp cable, picks, and a strap. Plus an instructionaI CD. Can't beat it at the price I paid, although the day after I recieved it the price jumped up over $140. Glad I grabbed it when I did. The only issue I found so far is keeping it tuned. Goes out of tune easy. Thinking about replacing the tuning keys with locking keys. Should fix the problem. But it is still a very nice guiter for the money so I will still give 5 stars.

Better off buying a guitar from a music store.
Bought guitar a month ago, it took longer to recieve then the shipping info said it would, then once, i recieved the guitar it had such high action i couldnt play it plus it had an abnormal amount of fret buzz to where it was annoying to play on my guitar amp, also, so then i took it to my local guitar store and paid 60 dollar to have my truss rod and bridge adjusted the guitar was playing awesome. Also, my guitar volume knob was extremely loose, i didnt think anything of it, just thought whatever then last night because the knob was loose it ended up breaking a wire that controlled my volume to my amp so, now i cant even play my electric guitar on my electric amp. Going to see if my warranty covers this. If not i dont recommend this guitar it has been nothing but problems since i got it.

Poor Quality
Bought this to be my beginner guitar. Strumming any strings while holding the first fret caused a loud buzzing noise. Took the guitar into Guitar Center to get some professional advice and found that the neck was bowed out too deep and that the strings were worn-out. Cost $50 to repair and re-string. I understand this was a introductory model guitar, but it shouldn't come with poor craftsmanship and faulty parts. Buyer beware.

Good Father's Day gift
I got this for my dad as a gift. He saw this on YouTube and wanted it and said that he was going to.buy it next month. I thought it would be a good Father's Day gift and he loves it. I highly recommend it, because my dad has been playing guitars for years and he should know that it's a good item. I don't know, but it's one man's opinions.
