I think they're good. I tale them because I've heard apple cider vinegar is good for you.

I did not like this because it did not do what it was supposed to. It did nothing. It was like a waste of calories.

I've lost a total of 27lbs in less than 3mo. These Keto Gummy Vitamins really supress your appetite and helps you go one really good time a day. When I first started KETO Apple Cider Vinegar GV, I wouldn't dare take them right before I was about to leave or else you'll be blowing up a public restroom and on the toilet for awhile. But now I'm 6mo in and I take them as soon as I wake in the morning that way I'm still at home doing my early morning routine and haven't left for my long commute. I don’t have a ton of data to support my review but I can talk about how I feel after taking these for 30 days. I take 1 gummy in the morning and 1 at night after dinner. In the morning, I do feel like these suppress my appetite for quite some time. I’m able to skip breakfast and eat my first meal around noon without feeling like I’m starving. I’m pretty much consistently eating two meals a day (500-600 calories for lunch, 800-900 calories for dinner). I have lost 10 pounds in the last 30 days BUT I have also increased my workouts tremendously so I can’t say that the pills necessarily did the trick. But I previously had an issue of eating more anytime I worked out more. I no longer have this issue thanks to these gummies. Just ordered my second batch. Hope this helps someone! :)
