Genuine Onduline Fixing Nails Black

I was re-roofing my tool shed. I had bought the panels from another site, purely because the had the right size. The nails I was told would arrive on Saturday, they didn't. The company said they'd probably been delivered, they hadn't. As they were coming by Royal Mail I wasn't too worried and sure enough they turned up on Monday morning. As the sheeting had also arrived I put it up PM. They are well made and easy to use. They go through the sheeting and into the board with the minimum of effort. I'm a 71 year old Yorkshireman, I would recommend.

The molded head on these nails is strong. I tried to get one off and it was hard work. This bodes well for them on the roof but time will tell if they get brittle. They were very easy to nail in and I was really pleased with the results, much better than the ones with the separate caps.

These fixings are a well made product, and they were are able to secure the onduline strips in place. I just found the length of the fixing too long, as they went straight through the shed roof. It is a shame they so not come in different sizes in length - as they are a great idea and do look very professional once in situ
