Love it! I have family of 4 and I feel like i stay at the sink dishwashing..The trays are easy to clean the product was easy installation (few minutes at most) no rusting as of yet ...I love the utensil holder with the knife slots...the 2 free gifts did come with my item (the mat and the brush) ..top rack holds my glass dinner plates,pots, and lids with no strain which surpassed my expectations. If I had to really suggest anything to improve on it would be the drain tray being more secure as it slides on to the bottom of the rack but the notches to keep it in place aren't very defined ...my tray slides at times off the tracked placement but nothing to cause a fuss over. The extra tray is super great adding another place to put dishes...was skeptical to spend as much on a dish drain system but I am super excited on this purchase. Worth every dollar !!

I like it especially for the price point. It took a few times to find the right placement of the pieces and where exactly to put it on the counter to find what works best. It can hold quite a bit and looks good while doing it. I have a family of five and it can take everything from the dishwasher and fit it so that i can add another load and sometimes i had wash and place it there while the dishwasher runs. The larger tray holder is perfect for larger cutting boards and surprisingly the snap on tray for my toddler's high chair. Great product!

I like the way extra drying try that I can use for large items that you typically don’t use daily. The drying rack for the cutting board is genius! Worth the price. There’s about 10 pieces that you assemble but the instructions are easy to read. I’m a little worried about the black tray and hard water deposits over time but the drying towel it comes with and you can switch out should help prevent that. Plenty of room for a typical amount of daily dishes.

The little bonus brush that came with it seems a bit cheaply made but this dish drain/drying rack is really working out well for us. Love the two-tiered aspect (saves space) and it even came with a drying mat for our mugs and glasses.

This is a decent product but not the stellar solution I was hoping for, given the price point.Pros:* Big (It's actually larger than really fits on my counter, so be sure to measure carefully!)* Quality materials* Fairly easy to assemble* Nice aesthetic design* The extra tray and scrub brush will come in handy.Cons:* The overall mechanical design is somewhat awkward.* The drip tray slides into the bottom rack, so it is smaller than the total footprint, which means that the silverware holder and extra clips hang over the edge.* The included cloth mat is a questionable solution to the above.* The silverware holder clips on unevenly over the support for the upper rack, despite what the picture in the instructions shows.* Even at maximum height there really isn't much usable space below the upper shelf.* The framework isn't really designed for optimal use of what space there is on the lower level. In other words, small dishes and bowls that would otherwise fit beneath the edge of the upper shelf need to be laid flat, rather than nested vertically or angled in the rack.Overall, I'd give it 3 1/2 stars if that were possible.

I have been looking for a dish rack for o er 2 years now and nothing ever seemed to fit what I was looking for...that is until I came across this. Shipping was fast and I had it unboxed, put together, and filled all within 10 minutes. It 100% exceeded my expectations. It is extremely sturdy and also fits way more items then I even thought. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone because it is just that good

We replaced our dish-rack recently and picked this up. I was super excited for it. I did not get the extra gifts mentioned, except the little scrubber brush (which works great for keeping the bottom collection pan clean) & the absorbent pad (If you leave it wet and never give it time to dry between washes, it will mold :( - If you have hard water or Fluoride in your water, I recommend cleaning the bottom pan at least 1-2 times per week, otherwise, it will turn white from the chemicals. The only thing I really don't like, is the top piece is almost too small to fit into the slots. I have to really force it, and even then, sometimes it randomly pops out. (It might be a defective piece i got. I don't know) I like that you can move things around to your liking, but I do not like how the silverware is pretty much stuck. You can move it to another side, but if you do that, it will leak all over the counter. So. I have to have it placed over the sink, and with the way its placed, only one side is able to drain, the bottom drain pan is "just a hair" short of being under that 2nd silverware part. But. Over all I'm pretty happy with it. I haven't seen any "eating away" on the metal yet either. I use it several times per day, and am hoping for many years use out of it.

I bought this drying rack to replace my old one because it was time except it was a lot smaller than I anticipated. The seller was very nice about me returning the item though.

I am not sure about the extra gifs that were not in the box, I don't know if we are supposed to send for the recipe books or the cell phone or I pad holder as was advertised on the website, but we did not receive anything of that sort,I tried returning the item but the cost was too high to do so, we kept it but are not thrilled by the functionality of it.Live & learn.Thanks!
