Great 19" rack, rolls easy, very sturdy and very complete, all I needed for my application!
I bought the RIVECO 22U Network Rack. It came with the top & bottom plate, and 2 separate shelves that attach to all 4 posts, so are very sturdy. It also came with a rack mounted electrical multi-socket with a switch. It has 4 sturdy rollers with 2 that can lock, or you can use the included feet. I used the rollers. Just finished assembling, very easy, and am VERY happy with the quality and price/value relationship. All in all a great buy. Ample hardware included, you could mount some mores stuff with what remains. I use it for a large laser printer, a color printer/scanner, and some smaller devices (label printers etc). Perfect, as I said.

Good rack for home use!
Easy to assemble with clear instructions. The rack is solid, and the included cage nuts are high quality. It is heavy in the package but moves easily on the included wheels. It holds a lot of equipment and is a good size for someone with a home lab. My main recommendation is to plan your space utilization before putting the included shelves in. I ended up winging it and will have to make some adjustments shortly because of my lack of forethought.

Decent rack but damaged at factory before shipment
I have purchased two Riveco racks a 9U one in October of 2023 and this one a 25U rack purchased in May of 2025. Oddly enough both racks arrived with nearly identical damage to the bottom tray. The packaging arrived undamaged so the damage had to have been done before being packaged. The corner of the bottom tray of each unit was bent badly enough to prevent assembly without first being repaired. I was able to straighten then enough using a rubber mallet and a smooth mouth pair of pliers. The repairs were fairly easy but was annoying. What are the odds that 2 different racks purchased two years apart had similar damage to the same part? The packaging for both units arrived without corresponding apparent damage and the packaging was good enough that I don't think they could've been damaged in shipping without obvious package damage with is why I believe the damage occurred at the factory or at packaging time.

Functional, but low quality
Comparing this against a similar StarTech open rack I replaced this one with. - Aesthetically this thing came in terrible condition. Scuffs everywhere and the legend was poorly printed. Packaging looked fine so I suspect it came from the factory like this or I some how got a used one sent to me when I ordered a new one. In contrast the StarTech was in perfect condition. - Very annoying to build compared to the StarTech. Lot's of screws in difficult to reach areas and losing grip of a screw meant it would get stuck. Probably about 1.5 hours of assembly time compared to 30-45 minutes for the StarTech - Value depends on what you want. If you need the two shelves and the PDU it's cheaper than the StarTech. - Quality is much higher on the StarTech. The screws for the cage nuts have cover to protect the paint from getting scratched up when installing stuff. Each individual part feels stronger on the StarTech as well. Once the Riveco is assembled it seemed pretty strong though so I'm not exactly concerned about it falling apart. Other issues/concerns. The rear rails don't accept cage nuts. So if you're trying to install slides they may not work. The depth is also probably too shallow for most slides anyway. Overall, this is an ok AV and basic home networking rack if you're going to hide in in the closet and don't care about aesthetics. I just don't think I would get it over other brands out there unless they lowered their price.

Solid product at a reasonable price
There is nothing exceptional about this network rack, but it does everything a rack should do at a good price. The dimensional accuracy of the parts is on par with the market, and the package includes some additional goodies -- rack trays, power strip, leveling feet. The only wish I have is to include higher grade screws (I stripped one screw, but they did include a few extras, so no show stoppage.) If I had higher grade screws, I would have used more torque and ended up with a stiffer rack.

This is actually sweet and worth the price.
I originally wanted a wall mount rack to either fit in a closet or in the basement but I'm super pleased with this. I keep it in my office which is decked out in technology. Having a rack hidden away would have been mistake for my lifestyle. I interact with this often. It wheels around well. 15U is pretty much perfect for me. I like that it's open walled. I dont want a black box that I can't see into. On the rear I have two 1U power bars, 2 1U cable management panels, and a 3U cooler with 120mm fans. I like the cable access from the sides, as it's open concept. 15U's is a perfect height next to a desk or work bench. On top I keep a small monitor, keyboard and mouse. I leave enough wire slack on the back that I can wheel it around my office for one off tasks. It's nice!

Solid, versatile rack and looks great in my studio!
I'm very pleased with the 18U configuration I purchased! The build quality is excellent, it is well-priced and easy to put together. I am also impressed that plenty of hardware (screws, nuts, and bolts) came to mount my audio components as well (I didn't think those would be included). I would highly recommend these racks and would definitely buy them again if needed.

Overall is good quality - Read this before purchase
For new buyers: the rear columns are not punched for standard cage nuts. Instead, they are threaded, so you’ll need to use smaller screws—standard rack screws won’t fit. This detail is not mentioned in the product specifications on Amazon.

Great product and great value!
Great value. Heavy duty steel. Very sturdy. Easy to assemble. Casters are also heavy duty, I wish the wheels were a bit larger, but that is a personal preference. It rolls easily. Would definitely recommend
